These are the kind of Perks i was hoping for when i heard Nick Cage was coming to DBD. I Love that they are kind of a Gamble but also kinda strong. I will 100% get his DLC and a few Outfits with it. My Wallet is gonna cry after his release.
I want to see more of this from Bhvr. The singularity is a fun chase-based killer with a high skill ceiling, but who’s not crazy op, with some fun perks. And now Nicholas has meme build perks, that actually do offer a decent amount of value, as well as being purely dumb fun. Hopefully they continue down this path.

I would argue using Dramaturgy at the start of the game is better than not, since you can't get the same one twice, it means that after the first use, every other use is always a 1/3 instead of 1/4. On the off-chance that you miss and roll double speedboost at the beginning, the 40 sec cooldown is probably not going to ruin you.

However, you cannot get the same effect twice in a row, so if you get double speed boost one time, then it becomes a 1/3 chance of exposure, getting an item or screaming (and nothing else)

I love it. Even if the perks aren't really going to be super insane (except for maybe Plot Twist) they're super fun and that's what matters. As a fan of perks like Diversion, Deception and Background Player these are just what we needed. Not to mention that it's motherfuckin Nick Cage.

The Sadako changes are a gargantuan nerf disguised by a series of irrelevant buffs. The notes read very nicely, all the way until the very last change- Survivors can put their tape into ANY tv other than the one they got it from. That change alone makes condemn a worthless and entirely irrelevant mechanic, as TVs are everywhere and even with addons Sadako has no way to reliably identify the exact location of a survivor with a tape- and even if she could, it's unlikely she would be able to make to them before they can reach the nearest TV. She can't even push them away from TVs, the second they get any kind of distance and make it to a new tile the tape is gone and so is all of their condemn. All the while every one of the three other survivors has absolute free reign to get rid of all their condemn with no issue whatsoever. With these changes, I am confident that Sadako will never get another condemn mori ever again. It literally can't happen unless the survivors want it to or are particularly stupid,

I liked to invent stupid, half-joke perks that I'd like to see, and these are basically in line with what I wanted. If they make a perk that lets you fart while crouched on command and notify the killer, I'll be very happy.

No not multiple times. You need yourself to be downed. But it wont allow you to use the button too many times. I think its once when you got gens to do and 2nd time after the gens are done. Thats my understanding of it
I watched some other video and now I am fairly certain it will work, you can use Plot Twist multiple times, it deactivates only if use pick yourself up and get healed, if you use it and someone else picks you up, you can use it again (and then it reactivates in endgame)
Imagine this, Hit a smash hit, blood rush after it and it’s buffed so now you recover after 20 seconds (if I am not wrong) and your fully healed then use dramaturgy then you gain a free item and haste

The funniest part about all of this is that Plot Twist, that literally instantly downs yourself, is STILL a better self-healing perk than Self Care.
Self-care can be used with other healing perks that can be used to heal the team mates but Plot Twist only works with anti-slug perks.

Characters scream when dying of deep wound, so it might be a bit obvious that it was a plot twist down instead of deep wound
