The Lag on console is horrible right now. I play on PS5 and the moment I get into a gunfight during certain situations it lags and causes me to mis-track the enemy
Since Season 4 Reloaded i rly suffer from the Lag too. I am on BNet and i did Try to reset every Setting, Complete Warzone Factory reset but didnt help. Additional to the lag in Gulag i cant see my gun and cant ADS in Urzikstan 50% of the time. My gun just stays in a weird Hip-Fire and doesnt go into the Optic. It feels like this is lag related when i Spam Inputs...(in Combat)
It's bad on pc too. From what I've heard it's because of server issues switching over to Xbox/Microsoft since they own COD now. Billion dollar company though lol

Another underrated topic not mentioned in this video is the vehicles and how they handle now compared to WZ1. Many people took pride in min-maxing the helicopter, SUV and tac-rover by drifting around tight corners and chopping people up, a unique aspect that other BR's like Apex/PUBG do not have. Everything else listed is spot on, the map rotation issue has been around since mid-late WZ2. It's such a killer and is amplified 10x worse in less populated regions like mine (OCE/Australia). The long queue times combined with being forced to wait for the rotation to hit the popular map wrecks any motivation to play, especially when trying to create content. I would also argue having less recoil, less screen shake and longer bullet velocity with most guns is more skillful than what we have now - praying to hit half your shots with all the heavy gun smoke, haze, debris floating everywhere, screen shake and reticle floating around with idle sway.

It’s not your connection, restart the game and watch it immediately start acting normal, even if you’re in a game and come back mid match after restarting, the game will be fine immediately.

So many times i try to use off meta guns for fun, but i can only take getting dumpstered so many times before I switch back to meta. The game isn't fun anymore. Love the vid btw. Jgod just keeping it real.
Try the JV broadside with the Battle Rifle conversion kit… automatic with a 5round down within 25meters and a 6 at range. Only 20 round mag… but I promise you no one is talking about it… probably don’t even know.
WZ1 was so much better. Overall fun to play with a VARIETY of guns to run. MW3 have over 50+ guns but only 2-3 are the most powerful which is very sad.

If the servers/consistency weren't so awful since the middle of last season (getting worse this season ), my squad would be on for hours at a time like we used to. Instead we just haven't really even logged in for months because the experience sucks.
The group of people I play with have been having issues with the servers. Ping good 10ms, says there isn’t packetloss, but it feels like packetloss with stuttering etc. We all play on different platforms 7950X3D w/4090 they are on consoles, but all have same issue.
Same here on Xbox one x. Absolutely unplayable. 2-3 min in my headset audio gets scratchy and the entire game starts freezing/lagging can’t hear and audio goes to trash. Wz/MP as well but no other game has this issue.
Looking back at warzone one days and it’s so noticeable how different the long range engagements felt. You could beam people with an AR at 80-100 meters and now 60-70 is like the max
visibility is worse and put on any scope 2.5 or a vlk and recoil is over the top on mnk it sucks and the map... way to many rooms complex buildings ect. end circles are crowded as f.25 pl like wtf.
The game would instantly get 10x better if they employed you, and a select few other creators, as consultants. It boggles the mind that they haven’t done that after all these years.
Devs need to "cater" towards and pay attention to streamers more. It's free publicity and they see the feedback from tens of thousands of people at a time!
the devs need to watch this asap. for me one thing that would make the guns feel a million times better is the visual clutter/shake and reticle sway while moving.
1st: Every gun should have same ttk. Now take guns that have low recoil, increase that ttk. Now take guns that have lots of recoil, lower that ttk. Boom, healthy meta and everyone can use wth they ever want.
Also to add, I thought I actually liked the backpack system. But then remembered how crazy it is against a team that each carry like 3 airstrikes and you in the end circle with no cover from above.
I ran into this yesterday lol. Other team had a portable buy with a wide open field in end game. They blasted us with like 3 air strikes and 3 mortars. Cracked their armor like crazy. We finished 2nd but we weren’t tripping over it, it was a good play by them.

I've never understood why they make cool skins for attachments that aren't the meta. Either design bundles with the meta attachments or make it so that the gun still looks the same even when you change the attachment to the meta. It's a waste of money otherwise and it makes NO business sense. I don't get it.
They NEED to make it noob friendly again…. Fact. They have cut away the bottom to cater for the top too many times, it’s sooo easy now for good players to scale the map and roll over full teams of noobs. And the top are still complaining about team stacking. Meanwhile all the noobs just quit

I'd argue the meta has been stale since Caldera. in the Cold War era they actually tried to balance ttk with recoil. CW AK - fast ttk but with some recoil, M4 - slightly slower but less recoil, M13 - slower but even less recoil, and the Kilo - even slower but almost no recoil. Then Caldera happened and it was one fast ttk zero recoil weapon after another. Bren, BAR, NZ, Cooper etc And they have more or less kept the pattern a having 1 or 2 insanely dominant weapon that you pretty much have to use
meta was super wide open in Caldera. kilo, amax, grau, cooper, auto, krig, and others for ARs. arma, Marco, lc10, mac10, mp5, mp7, etc for SMGs. Gorenko, 3 line, HDR for sniping. Any decent player could hold their own with any of those guns, and I left a lot out.
@@jamesv6241 my point is that before, there were some that were harder to use (either by recoil or mag size typically) but killed faster, and some easier to use that killed slower. the CW AK by by the numbers outgunned the M13, but if that AK missed 1 or 2 shots due to recoil it levelled the playing field. but Caldera started the trend of the fastest killing guns having 0 recoil. multiple "broken" guns doesnt make for a balanced meta
The meta was definitely more enjoyable for the first warzone when they integrated CW it was just trash. Dmr meta for too long stats weren't accurate had to rely on UA-cam telling you the right attachments
When the one shot snipers were around it was also a counter to the aim assist issue. MKB players could keep distance. Once they took that away the whole controller aim assist convo took off and it’s only gotten worse
I think the most important thing is the variety of weapons that we had in WZ1 compared to now. The majority of the guns feel like you are shooting marshmallows now. Alot of the guns now just aren't fun to use tbh compared to the Xm4, Grau, Amax, Krig, etc... a lot of the gunfights now are just inconsistent. Snipers should be like they were in WZ1 because we should have 10-15 guns that we could use to counter it.
13:15 The fact that you brought up the satchel reminded me of how simplistic warzone was and how the backpack has done this snowball effect on making the game less enjoyable in terms of gunfights and how it revolves around throwing grenades and streaks or place a ton of mines the entire time, of course additions to the sandbox such as cluster mines, supression mines and similar also played a role on it.
JGOD is literally the savior of the warzone community ❤️. Hope they are listening. Btw Aim Assist should also get a considerable nerf as well. Give us KBM players a chance up close. 😂😂
Totally agree with everything you said. We have a lot of cool random features in the game now, but the gunplay, especially the variety in gunplay, is massively suffering, yet could be fixed so quickly. I wonder if they’re afraid to mess with fire rates due to how the guns function in multiplayer as well. COD, if you’re reading this, just hire JGOD please 😂
I personally really like the map rotation on resurgence. I wish we could get a different map for BR. Urizikstan is so meh, so vanilla. I’d like to play Almazarh again.
Seems like such a waste having maps already in the game yet just vaulting them, also there’s no way Verdansk doesn’t show up since they used it way too much in the campaign
To be honest, my only 2 issues with the game are weapon balance & the connection/performance issues. Almost every resurgence game I play I get +5% packet loss and weird stutters. And my Internet connection is top notch. Weapon balance is definitely another issue. I feel like the only weapons that are viable are the Kar98, superi 46 & wsp 9. Every other weapon just doesn't compete at all with those. And the ARs in this game are just horrible from the jump. I miss WZ1 where we could choose between the kilo, M4, EM2, C58 etc. And the visual recoil was just so much better in WZ1. I don't know why they're obsessed with this whole realism aspect with recoil and all that clutter.🤦🏾♂️
The amount of glitches that were either introduced with WZ2 and never fixed or newly introduced with WZ3 and also never fixed is baffling, its like they have nobody doing any QA testing. Guns getting stuck in the wall, resurgence timers missing, says I have more money than I actually do, the interrogation glitch where you cant plate/reload/swap weapons, the audio glitch where you cant hear teammates in pregame, the list goes on there is probably hundreds of glitches at this point.
They need to revert perk system. Warzone was a great game when people had to grab two loadouts to be fully loaded with all perks and secondary and primary. Also wann say that they need to look to other regions. WSP akimbo has been a problem in Brasil for like 3 months. It's hella broken and they don't touch it. Also why these type of cringe guns are in ranked? Ranked supposed to be competitive.
A lot of the issues with Warzone right now remind me of the issues we had during Vanguard and MW19. Stale metas, server issues, questionable gameplay design choices, etc. When Treyarch took over, it was bad in the beginning, for sure...but once they figured it out and improved their updates, it was such a great time to play Warzone. Sure, we had metas like the Fara 83 and OTS-9, but we had other options too like the AK47 and MP5. There was more balance to things. Infinity Ward did what they always did, make unnecessary changes and take too long to bring needed changes, while SHG never had a grip on what makes Warzone fun, they either do too much or not enough. It makes me wonder how much control Raven really has
It is false with the store, I mentioned in the video about this. They seldom have a store that makes sense with the meta option. Not even sure how they sell any bundles with how bad the options are for the meta.
I just can't believe how anything over 650 gets nerfed when we already have 150 base HP, tempered and such slow bullet velocity + server latency. We used to play with a 250ms FFAR 💀
Wz1 was the best, I remember having so many friends using different things. Some ran Amax, Some ran Kilo, Some ran Grau even after the nerf because of the recoil, M13 was in there, then if you liked to Snipe the HDR for long range or Kar for short range. If you liked LMGS MG had competitive ttk just crazy recoil. Never had a full team all using the same primary and the secondary.
Spot on about the guns in Warzone 1, i loved the M4, my mate used the kilo...simpler days. Another major problem on PS4, you do the update go into the game and you have a missing playlist you have to install. I get 2hours a week and spend most of my time doing those.
I haven’t played for over month. Each time I did try to play I wanted to play Rebirth but I saw I had to wait 30min and I’m just “nope, playing a different game”

They should give us a random playlist that rotates all maps, big and small and includes limited time modes, resurgence etc. This would help fill low population lobbies in the set playlists.
The game is no longer fun….there was a time I couldn’t go a day without playing it, I constantly run into Swat and the Navy….they reward Stacking but nerfed the movement…and if you don’t have a 10k PC you’re at a disadvantage….we have so many unusable guns they might as well delete them….and I hate the playlist rotation we should be able to play what map we want when we want…..and stop blocking chats it’s a hectic environment do you think they use proper language on the battlefield…..this game is regressing instead of progressing….
You and me both know that this has been an issue even back in the days of Caldera. They have watered down everything from jumpspots to weapons. When you have a smaller pool of options, it's easier to funnel them into using the guns they want you to use. There, I said the thing...
it's because they release OP weapons with each season so people buy the bundles, they then nerf them when the new guns come out in the following season so people buy those skins. Rinse and repeat. It's a business model...

Left Warzone six months ago for good. This is the most toxic and energy-draining game I’ve ever played. Everything in this game serves one purpose only - to make you buy paid content/blueprints/skins. I don’t know why would anyone want to be exploited this much.
Definitely agree on the weapon changes! I mostly play by aesthetic of the gun such as Kris vector(Fennec), Bizon, P90(PDSW), Scars(TAQs) and I just get blasted 90% of the time by metaguns. Even a tiny buff or something would probable make an impact
@JGOD. The problem with over powering weapons for instance like the Kar98 is that it destroys the overall flow of the game. You get killed by players that just do that all day. It sucks.
Playlist rotation is probably my biggest gripe with the game, like currently there is not trios resurgence so if your 4th isn't on you have to play with a random who's useless and there seems to be a matchmaking issue where 9 times out of 10 on Rebirth specifically, you don't even get a random. If however you use the map rotation playlist you pretty much always get a random. It seems hard to believe all the solo queuers have just stopped playing Rebirth. Just let us play what we want to play, when we want to play it, rather than driving people away with this daft rotation system.
The disrespect that cod gives people like JGod is insane he goes out his way to show how to make the game more enjoyable and get more weapons into the mix yet they still don’t get with the program
100% agree. One of the best close range metas was early season 2 around when fortunes keep dropped and there were multiple viable SMGs. The HRM was the obvious meta, but you could run the AMR9 for insane range, ram9 for tac stance, WSP9 for high damage slow fire. And then they decided to patch that meta by nerfing every single viable dmg except for the obviously no.1 HRM. Ever since then, its been one or two clear choices with no room for variety which really sucks
It's a sales tactic. With BO6 being right around the corner, they are purposefully making you miss older versions of the game so that they can re-sell it back to you when a new Game comes out.
I love how this video is about FUN And if everyone is having more fun, more will play more often I remember warzone 1, me and a buddy loved using the PPSH (first one) which was never meta, but it was alright, and we liked the hotrod blueprint, and it was FUN
I always had this feeling but its pretty shocking to see it on paper how theres literally been ONE major buff in the entirety of WZ3. Thats the biggest problem I think, they should just give random guns no ones really using noticeable buffs and then the Meta changes. Even if they have to nerf the gun again, that happened a ton in WZ1 too but it made the game more interesting
The issue we have with warzone atm is that it’s just nerf nerf nerf which basically makes it so that overtime the ttk just gets longer rather than balancing the gun, the ram caught 4 nerfs and now it’s unusable, nothing gets buffed enough to contend with the current meta but everything gets nerfed and then something that was almost as good just gets used and the cycle carries on

If DEVS see this: -Servers need a MASSIVE upgrade worldwide (every single game there’s massive spikes in ping + packet loss) -Hit reg System is atrocious -Need a weapon overhaul asap, no mw2 guns are being used at all -ARs need to be buffed to match bullet velocity of Wz1 -Remove all gun shake/gun smoke -Buff snipers so they’re all competitive (ads speeds, range etc) - Remove all uneeded junk that’s just there that nobody uses (eg. 50 optics) -Allow stims to work faster like Wz1 instead of having a delay. - Everything JGOD perfectly mentioned word by word. Simplicity is what made your game the best BR at the time. Please go back to that. All this new complex routes you’re taking with Warzone is only driving people away.
Another change from wz1 that hurt balance, imo, is the fact that they changed how scopes with more zoom impact recoil. In wz1, the magnitude of the recoil visually would stay the same when you scoped in, regardless of zoom, which means it was physically reducing the gun’s recoil when using higher zoom scopes. Now, the magnitude of the recoil of the gun physically stays the same regardless of zoom, so when you look through a scope with higher zoom, visually there is more recoil. Because of that, throwing those scopes on your primary AR isnt nearly as fun and it also made them a less viable counter to snipers.
ads time on snipers make them unrealistic.. all snipers should be 1 shot .. but setup time to be ready to shoot should be tripled , minimum doubled and hold breath should be required for any stability
The reason I like hard metas is because when a bunch of guns are viable but all have different ranges they shine at, it makes the game much more luck based as opposed to skill. A lot of gun fights comes down to what distance you’re at when you start fighting and who ever has the gun that shines at that specific range wins. When everyone is pretty much using the same meta weapon the fights become a lot more skill based.
As i’ve said before, activision needs to listen to you. You’ve put so much time into this game that hurts me to see your vids and how much you care for this community and they still do whatever the heck they want. Literally what you say is exactly what the community wants and wanted since 2019.
Very well said imo. I completely agree with all your points. I would also add that the last two days or so the servers have been awful. My biggest irritation though is their mishandling of the guns. Literally 3/4 of every category is unusable which is a shame. Such an easy fix and opportunity to keep things spicy too.
In my opinion, one of the reasons that made this game fun initially was the general lockdown that occurred during the Corona period. Everyone is in their homes and the team is available at any time to play. 😅😅
Agree with everything here (with one exception). As JGOD says, sorting the meta would be such an easy win! And just increase bullet velocities across the board. Biggest thing they need to learn to do sustainably is POI updates. There should be major POI updates every half season and smaller ones more regularly than that IMO. Also the vehicles still need fixing - I have such fond memories of big rotations on Verdansk with a trophy system on vehicles. So much fun. The one thing I disagree with is the back pack - I absolutely love the flexibility it gives me. Totally get the simplicity argument, but I think the scope it gives you to play different ways is awesome. It also enables those nuts outplays like with the PDS etc.
now it’s kinda ok, as mnk player mw2 was a big flop all that wobbling smoke and recoil was unplayable. however the half hour wait is insane fortunately therevis a trick for queuing only in Rebirth
They could automate weapon balancing by analysing the user stats and making incremental changes every couple of days. They've got access to the data, they could have an algo do all the work.
Forget about stale content.... the lag on console right now is making the game basically unplayable. In season 4, and they have ruined the movement to the point that it feels like I'm seeing every third or forth frame. But hey, the store works perfectly!

Yeah WZ1 gameplay with vehicles was great, loved getting bounty's and going after them but now I avoid the vehicles 100% of the time
I miss helicopter fights, from both ends.. loved avoiding and killing people trying to chop me, also loved chopping up full groups.

The group of people I play with have been having issues with the servers. Ping good 10ms, says there isn’t packetloss, but it feels like packetloss with stuttering etc. We all play on different platforms 7950X3D w/4090 they are on consoles, but all have same issue.

Same here on Xbox one x. Absolutely unplayable. 2-3 min in my headset audio gets scratchy and the entire game starts freezing/lagging can’t hear and audio goes to trash. Wz/MP as well but no other game has this issue.

Looking back at warzone one days and it’s so noticeable how different the long range engagements felt. You could beam people with an AR at 80-100 meters and now 60-70 is like the max

visibility is worse and put on any scope 2.5 or a vlk and recoil is over the top on mnk it sucks and the map... way to many rooms complex buildings ect. end circles are crowded as f.25 pl like wtf.
The game would instantly get 10x better if they employed you, and a select few other creators, as consultants. It boggles the mind that they haven’t done that after all these years.
Whilst that would make sense, consultancy costs a LOT of money, and they currently do it for them...for free 😆

the devs need to watch this asap. for me one thing that would make the guns feel a million times better is the visual clutter/shake and reticle sway while moving.
1st: Every gun should have same ttk. Now take guns that have low recoil, increase that ttk. Now take guns that have lots of recoil, lower that ttk. Boom, healthy meta and everyone can use wth they ever want.

I ran into this yesterday lol. Other team had a portable buy with a wide open field in end game. They blasted us with like 3 air strikes and 3 mortars. Cracked their armor like crazy. We finished 2nd but we weren’t tripping over it, it was a good play by them.

I've never understood why they make cool skins for attachments that aren't the meta. Either design bundles with the meta attachments or make it so that the gun still looks the same even when you change the attachment to the meta. It's a waste of money otherwise and it makes NO business sense. I don't get it.
They promised this when mw3 was in the store for pre order that if you bought bundles all attachments would look like the skin you’d bought. But nope

I'd argue the meta has been stale since Caldera. in the Cold War era they actually tried to balance ttk with recoil. CW AK - fast ttk but with some recoil, M4 - slightly slower but less recoil, M13 - slower but even less recoil, and the Kilo - even slower but almost no recoil.
Then Caldera happened and it was one fast ttk zero recoil weapon after another. Bren, BAR, NZ, Cooper etc
And they have more or less kept the pattern a having 1 or 2 insanely dominant weapon that you pretty much have to use
meta was super wide open in Caldera. kilo, amax, grau, cooper, auto, krig, and others for ARs. arma, Marco, lc10, mac10, mp5, mp7, etc for SMGs. Gorenko, 3 line, HDR for sniping. Any decent player could hold their own with any of those guns, and I left a lot out.

my point is that before, there were some that were harder to use (either by recoil or mag size typically) but killed faster, and some easier to use that killed slower.
the CW AK by by the numbers outgunned the M13, but if that AK missed 1 or 2 shots due to recoil it levelled the playing field.
but Caldera started the trend of the fastest killing guns having 0 recoil.

The meta was definitely more enjoyable for the first warzone when they integrated CW it was just trash. Dmr meta for too long stats weren't accurate had to rely on UA-cam telling you the right attachments
When the one shot snipers were around it was also a counter to the aim assist issue. MKB players could keep distance. Once they took that away the whole controller aim assist convo took off and it’s only gotten worse

I think the most important thing is the variety of weapons that we had in WZ1 compared to now. The majority of the guns feel like you are shooting marshmallows now. Alot of the guns now just aren't fun to use tbh compared to the Xm4, Grau, Amax, Krig, etc... a lot of the gunfights now are just inconsistent. Snipers should be like they were in WZ1 because we should have 10-15 guns that we could use to counter it.
I mean, in terms of meta just look at the rebirth cup atm. Everyone has the same loadout. Superi/Holger. All of them.

13:15 The fact that you brought up the satchel reminded me of how simplistic warzone was and how the backpack has done this snowball effect on making the game less enjoyable in terms of gunfights and how it revolves around throwing grenades and streaks or place a ton of mines the entire time, of course additions to the sandbox such as cluster mines, supression mines and similar also played a role on it.

Totally agree with everything you said. We have a lot of cool random features in the game now, but the gunplay, especially the variety in gunplay, is massively suffering, yet could be fixed so quickly.

To be honest, my only 2 issues with the game are weapon balance & the connection/performance issues. Almost every resurgence game I play I get +5% packet loss and weird stutters. And my Internet connection is top notch. Weapon balance is definitely another issue. I feel like the only weapons that are viable are the Kar98, superi 46 & wsp 9. Every other weapon just doesn't compete at all with those. And the ARs in this game are just horrible from the jump. I miss WZ1 where we could choose between the kilo, M4, EM2, C58 etc. And the visual recoil was just so much better in WZ1. I don't know why they're obsessed with this whole realism aspect with recoil and all that clutter.🤦🏾♂️
The amount of glitches that were either introduced with WZ2 and never fixed or newly introduced with WZ3 and also never fixed is baffling, its like they have nobody doing any QA testing. Guns getting stuck in the wall, resurgence timers missing, says I have more money than I actually do, the interrogation glitch where you cant plate/reload/swap weapons, the audio glitch where you cant hear teammates in pregame, the list goes on there is probably hundreds of glitches at this point.
They need to revert perk system. Warzone was a great game when people had to grab two loadouts to be fully loaded with all perks and secondary and primary. Also wann say that they need to look to other regions. WSP akimbo has been a problem in Brasil for like 3 months. It's hella broken and they don't touch it. Also why these type of cringe guns are in ranked? Ranked supposed to be competitive.
A lot of the issues with Warzone right now remind me of the issues we had during Vanguard and MW19. Stale metas, server issues, questionable gameplay design choices, etc. When Treyarch took over, it was bad in the beginning, for sure...but once they figured it out and improved their updates, it was such a great time to play Warzone. Sure, we had metas like the Fara 83 and OTS-9, but we had other options too like the AK47 and MP5. There was more balance to things. Infinity Ward did what they always did, make unnecessary changes and take too long to bring needed changes, while SHG never had a grip on what makes Warzone fun, they either do too much or not enough. It makes me wonder how much control Raven really has

Wz1 was the best, I remember having so many friends using different things. Some ran Amax, Some ran Kilo, Some ran Grau even after the nerf because of the recoil, M13 was in there, then if you liked to Snipe the HDR for long range or Kar for short range. If you liked LMGS MG had competitive ttk just crazy recoil. Never had a full team all using the same primary and the secondary.

Spot on about the guns in Warzone 1, i loved the M4, my mate used the kilo...simpler days.
Another major problem on PS4, you do the update go into the game and you have a missing playlist you have to install. I get 2hours a week and spend most of my time doing those.
I haven’t played for over month. Each time I did try to play I wanted to play Rebirth but I saw I had to wait 30min and I’m just “nope, playing a different game”

They should give us a random playlist that rotates all maps, big and small and includes limited time modes, resurgence etc. This would help fill low population lobbies in the set playlists.
The game is no longer fun….there was a time I couldn’t go a day without playing it, I constantly run into Swat and the Navy….they reward Stacking but nerfed the movement…and if you don’t have a 10k PC you’re at a disadvantage….we have so many unusable guns they might as well delete them….and I hate the playlist rotation we should be able to play what map we want when we want…..and stop blocking chats it’s a hectic environment do you think they use proper language on the battlefield…..this game is regressing instead of progressing….

You and me both know that this has been an issue even back in the days of Caldera. They have watered down everything from jumpspots to weapons. When you have a smaller pool of options, it's easier to funnel them into using the guns they want you to use.

it's because they release OP weapons with each season so people buy the bundles, they then nerf them when the new guns come out in the following season so people buy those skins. Rinse and repeat. It's a business model...
this has been untrue for most of the seasons.

Left Warzone six months ago for good. This is the most toxic and energy-draining game I’ve ever played. Everything in this game serves one purpose only - to make you buy paid content/blueprints/skins. I don’t know why would anyone want to be exploited this much.

Definitely agree on the weapon changes! I mostly play by aesthetic of the gun such as Kris vector(Fennec), Bizon, P90(PDSW), Scars(TAQs) and I just get blasted 90% of the time by metaguns. Even a tiny buff or something would probable make an impact
For me Warzone has basically become multiplayer, it's almost completely lost all of the BR elements.
I can save Warzone in three words: "Oops, all Jailbreaks!"
@JGOD. The problem with over powering weapons for instance like the Kar98 is that it destroys the overall flow of the game. You get killed by players that just do that all day. It sucks.
Playlist rotation is probably my biggest gripe with the game, like currently there is not trios resurgence so if your 4th isn't on you have to play with a random who's useless and there seems to be a matchmaking issue where 9 times out of 10 on Rebirth specifically, you don't even get a random. If however you use the map rotation playlist you pretty much always get a random.
It seems hard to believe all the solo queuers have just stopped playing Rebirth.
Just let us play what we want to play, when we want to play it, rather than driving people away with this daft rotation system.
The disrespect that cod gives people like JGod is insane he goes out his way to show how to make the game more enjoyable and get more weapons into the mix yet they still don’t get with the program
100% agree. One of the best close range metas was early season 2 around when fortunes keep dropped and there were multiple viable SMGs. The HRM was the obvious meta, but you could run the AMR9 for insane range, ram9 for tac stance, WSP9 for high damage slow fire.
And then they decided to patch that meta by nerfing every single viable dmg except for the obviously no.1 HRM. Ever since then, its been one or two clear choices with no room for variety which really sucks

It's a sales tactic. With BO6 being right around the corner, they are purposefully making you miss older versions of the game so that they can re-sell it back to you when a new Game comes out.

I always had this feeling but its pretty shocking to see it on paper how theres literally been ONE major buff in the entirety of WZ3. Thats the biggest problem I think, they should just give random guns no ones really using noticeable buffs and then the Meta changes. Even if they have to nerf the gun again, that happened a ton in WZ1 too but it made the game more interesting
The issue we have with warzone atm is that it’s just nerf nerf nerf which basically makes it so that overtime the ttk just gets longer rather than balancing the gun, the ram caught 4 nerfs and now it’s unusable, nothing gets buffed enough to contend with the current meta but everything gets nerfed and then something that was almost as good just gets used and the cycle carries on

If DEVS see this:
-Servers need a MASSIVE upgrade worldwide (every single game there’s massive spikes in ping + packet loss)
-Hit reg System is atrocious
-Need a weapon overhaul asap, no mw2 guns are being used at all
-ARs need to be buffed to match bullet velocity of Wz1
-Remove all gun shake/gun smoke
-Buff snipers so they’re all competitive (ads speeds, range etc)
- Remove all uneeded junk that’s just there that nobody uses (eg. 50 optics)
-Allow stims to work faster like Wz1 instead of having a delay.
- Everything JGOD perfectly mentioned word by word.
Simplicity is what made your game the best BR at the time. Please go back to that. All this new complex routes you’re taking with Warzone is only driving people away.
Another change from wz1 that hurt balance, imo, is the fact that they changed how scopes with more zoom impact recoil. In wz1, the magnitude of the recoil visually would stay the same when you scoped in, regardless of zoom, which means it was physically reducing the gun’s recoil when using higher zoom scopes. Now, the magnitude of the recoil of the gun physically stays the same regardless of zoom, so when you look through a scope with higher zoom, visually there is more recoil. Because of that, throwing those scopes on your primary AR isnt nearly as fun and it also made them a less viable counter to snipers.

The worst part of this is how there are so many guns that have been carried forward, and they're absolutely USELESS.
ads time on snipers make them unrealistic.. all snipers should be 1 shot .. but setup time to be ready to shoot should be tripled , minimum doubled and hold breath should be required for any stability
The reason I like hard metas is because when a bunch of guns are viable but all have different ranges they shine at, it makes the game much more luck based as opposed to skill. A lot of gun fights comes down to what distance you’re at when you start fighting and who ever has the gun that shines at that specific range wins. When everyone is pretty much using the same meta weapon the fights become a lot more skill based.
Taking away Duos when it’s all I play will always make me stop playing. There’s 0 reason to do that, it just pisses people off and reduces players

Very well said imo. I completely agree with all your points. I would also add that the last two days or so the servers have been awful. My biggest irritation though is their mishandling of the guns. Literally 3/4 of every category is unusable which is a shame. Such an easy fix and opportunity to keep things spicy too.
In my opinion, one of the reasons that made this game fun initially was the general lockdown that occurred during the Corona period. Everyone is in their homes and the team is available at any time to play. 😅😅

Agree with everything here (with one exception). As JGOD says, sorting the meta would be such an easy win! And just increase bullet velocities across the board. Biggest thing they need to learn to do sustainably is POI updates. There should be major POI updates every half season and smaller ones more regularly than that IMO. Also the vehicles still need fixing - I have such fond memories of big rotations on Verdansk with a trophy system on vehicles. So much fun. The one thing I disagree with is the back pack - I absolutely love the flexibility it gives me. Totally get the simplicity argument, but I think the scope it gives you to play different ways is awesome. It also enables those nuts outplays like with the PDS etc.
now it’s kinda ok, as mnk player mw2 was a big flop all that wobbling smoke and recoil was unplayable. however the half hour wait is insane fortunately therevis a trick for queuing only in Rebirth

Wazone is a game where they have hundreds of attachments but you can use 1or 2 in each category aka: muzzles
They could automate weapon balancing by analysing the user stats and making incremental changes every couple of days. They've got access to the data, they could have an algo do all the work.
Forget about stale content.... the lag on console right now is making the game basically unplayable. In season 4, and they have ruined the movement to the point that it feels like I'm seeing every third or forth frame. But hey, the store works perfectly!
