Douglas Ford is a virtous man. IF he was running for Prime Minister and I were a Canadian, I would vote for him as the best leader for Canada. Douglas Ford is firm and fair and he could be a great representative to negotiate a fair NAFTA deal with President Trump. I know that President Donald Trump would respect Douglas Ford as a great partner and restore the historical ties between Canada and the United States.
When is CTV coming out with Trudeau's overruling the rules to finance illegal migrants entering the country, without using the "notwithstanding" clause.
The irony here is just last week the federal court changed the rules on the NEB's approval of the TransMountain pipeline in 'the middle of the game' to quote Edward Belaboba. Canadian judges also must realize they can not shape law to suit their own whims and the party that appointed them. They SHOULD be acting for the good of the country, not practicing partisan politics in a court of law. Doug Ford has won a majority of historic levels in Ontario. @@P7777-u7r - I would like to think it'll be about all of Canada with Maxime... Especially the provinces that have been historically shafted like Alberta.
Premier Doug Ford is also taking the money he is saving through his policies and placing the money back into infrastructure! Keep going Doug!
My view on this is Prem Ford is exercising sound leadership much needed in Ontario. Ontarians should recognise it takes effective leadership to take a stand against the Judge ruling to hinder progress. Keep up the good work Prem Ford.
1st and Last term!
Why is Mr Ford using the notwithstanding clause. Because he CAN !!!!!
yes and because after 30+ years of gridlock and worsening transportation and housing, we finally have someone who cares enough to keep his promise and make it happen! Smaller government, break the gridlock, reduce counselors to that of other major cities (cut the fat) and prioritize transportation, jobs, housing and infrastructure

Premier Ford is great.
Council is too large. We need smaller not bigger government.
God bless you Doug!!!!
I thought Mr Ford was a buffoon, But I must admit he is impressing the hell out of me!!!!
Wait. Is Russia trolling Canadian news pages too now? Who the hell calls the man Douglas? He doesn't even call himself that!
The west just needs our independence from canada
NO way! Russia is NOT involved in what I said.
Good job Mr Ford.
Stand up for the peoples right Mr Doug Ford - You are doing a Fantastic Job 😀
Keep up the fight, Mr. Ford.
Go Dougie!
I support Ford but I hope he also vote to reduce his own salary and pension. Ford family empire has been paid too much by taxpayers!
The man I respect! Doug Ford!
nagging and superficial NDP deserves stronger and more straightforward treatment than this. Ford is still too lenient on them.
Get rid of dairy protection and let the market do its thing
This “host” is clearly a Wynn insider.
Is anyone else laughing every time he says protecting democracy? I find it so ironic that it’s him saying it
He is right
Awesome Doug
Soooooo glad we have FORD.
JR
This newsman sounds HAMMERED
Great job Ford!!!
25 still seems a bit large.
Yes. It is the largest allotment for other cities the size of Toronto or bigger, so if anything, more downsizing not less is the standard
As Ford said, they have 25 MPs, 25 MPPs and 25 Municipal seats. It’s all based on population.
When is CTV coming out with Trudeau's overruling the rules to finance illegal migrants entering the country, without using the "notwithstanding" clause.
Raya you couldn’t be anymore Less informed on the truth
Go get em Doug!
less politicians is always better! go doug go!
Councilor ripping city corporation . do its better to reduce city
Aside from his support for dairy supply management (no! Bernier is right), I support Ford in every way.
To contest what the overwhelming majority of Ontarioans have voted for is a deep insult to the fabric of true democracy in Canada.
Alberta Loves you DOUG FORD!
Doug Ford for Premier!!!
