Thank God the splinter can help me open boxes in legal and moral situations. I often find myself confronted by wild unopened boxes. Just this morning I woke up to the sound of my doorbell, and a wild unopened box sitting outside my front door.

Alec, it has been a true pleasure to watch, with my own eyes, your growth and skill-honing abilities over the past several years! You have taken your natural talent and, “on-purpose” focused it into being better, refined, focused and professional! Your creativity, forging, shaping, of course, however, just as impressive, your audio / video productions, networking and brand expansion skills!!! I am extremely proud of you young man! (Also proud of Will, but don’t tell him!!) 👍🏼

I will need a 6” blade version, two of them in fact with the sheaths made for left and right side carry. Will more than likely replace my two Ti lites from cold steel.
Edit: why 6”? Because you got to ensure you get to the vitals of those pesky boxes!

Would love for a kit option for these! Options from just a blank steel bar with to scale drawings to shape your own, to knife blanks with just the rough shape cut in, to almost finished knife blanks with handle options. That way people of all levels could order them to help them grow their knife making skills. I would definitely love to order a few of them to finish out as gifts for friends and family!

Keep up the good work and looking forward to your upcoming new videos.

He basically cut it out of a stencil and then ground the bevels in. The only forging he did was to make his billet.
IMO the charm of his videos is Alec doing all the work. From making his billet to moving the steel and forming it all. This is just someone with a stencil and grinder that are dime a dozen "forging" videos on UA-cam

As much as I love watching a project from start to finish in one episode, I do also miss the 30+ part extremely detailed episodes for stuff like the Viking sword. Seeing on how he said he would be there for several months... It's more likely he had to do a resident visa application change. He says Ms. Steele is from Europe, I would guess there will be a marriage ceremony in the UK. Establishing residency for her in the UK, and then going for residency in the US as a couple.
Under the former US president, work/business visas and residency visas were very controlled.
I believe he was right at the two year mark or just before it.
So in order to get the first part of becoming a permanent resident of the US, with his wife. He had to re apply and have her residency confirmed in the UK so they can both go back.

To be fair, he probably spent a full day (if not more) crafting it. That's slightly less than $25/hr not including cost of equipment and materials. So $200 is very reasonable. Modern automation and mass-production has driven down the price of goods to insanely low levels.

I thought he was in the UK, I suspect that blade is not legal unless you are in a warehouse and surrounded by aggressive cardboard, fixed blades are generally not legal for carry in public hidden or not.

@@stewartanderson6560 I think they’d argue that for box stabbing purposes a legal folding knife would be suitable so this knife would probably never be legal in public. The “BlackBeltBarrister” has some interesting videos on it

I'm VERY happy to see the collaboration with Warrior Poet Society! The world today DESPERATELY needs many more men who are BOTH warriors and poets at heart! John Lovell isn't a bad guy, either. ;-)
