I think the issue is that Baylee's using paypal and they only allow 2 weeks wait time for preorders. At least that was the case in the past from what I remember from vlogs.

That's exactly it. They're not necessities, so when people need to cut back on spending, purchases like these are the first to go.
I would definitely buy new shopping bags in the Luna Moth and Strawberry Design. I would also be interested in a new floral pattern. You can never have too many shopping bags.

Look, I pre-ordered a mug like 2 months ago. It's still not here because it is hand-made. I don't expect people to constantly work. I don't expect 2 day shipping. If something is marked pre-order, they should at least expect a month wait in my opinion.

Have you considered coming up with options and doing a poll to see who would genuinely be interested in buying shopping bags and for what designs? Then maybe doing a follow up when you narrow it down.
If you do the shopping bags, I would suggest doing like you already talked about and NOT doing a limiting design like the Sassy Santa one. If you do one for Halloween, make certain it’s like the witchy hat which is also appropriate for year round use. The Winter Buns also have a longer use time. And the more popular designs too that fit a more general audience. Luna Moth, considering it’s popularity, would definitely be the first option.
I’d sit down like you like to do with your list of plans for the year and see if it is worth investing in more of those this year or if you want to wait. You did already get the second embroidery machine and you added totes and DTF. Plus you’ll still have your Luna Moth sketchbooks sometime this year. You have a lot of great products and variety. Some folks might not realize the financial cost that goes into all that, then your operating costs, taxes, AND payroll before any of it counts as profit.
Baylee!!! Downtown Abbey is definitely not a soap here in U.K.!! Best thing on television. Seen every episode and film at least 20 times.!! Not boring at all, just good plots and easy watching. They are filming a new feature length film now……… YAY can’t wait 🇬🇧🐶

What an absolutely perfect day to recieve my first order from you. Had a really rough morning saying an unexpected good-bye to my foster cat, I've had for 8 months. It was a welcomed surprise to get my order two days early. Thank-you and I agree with other commenters...you're doing your best and no one can ask for more than that.

Downton Abbey is deffo not a soap LOL - British soaps are like Eastenders, Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, Emmerdale. I only watch Eastenders, been watching since I was little though so I'm too deep in now. You should definitely watch Eastenders 😂

I was a preorder for a luna moth tote! I realized that I could use it for my crochet WIP. The day before I watched your vlog on friday my kitty spent 3 hours sleeping in my crochet bag so my project is all furry xD Im in no rush won't matter when I get it since my projects are already furry hahahahahaha

I was so ready to order stuff and I was so excited till the day of when I had to use my money on the fact I got FREAKING RABIES. 😭😭😭😭 I mean if there's gonna be any excuse not to order I guess trying not to end up a zombie is an okay one. As soon as I can save up again I'm coming for all of this 😅 (I had to get 10 injections on different parts of my body at once and have 3 more days over two weeks of injections. Nobody warned me rabies was so much work 😂)

@@BayleeJae my cat decided to fight a bat and then was a baby and lost so I had to catch the bat bare hands to try and save her. The bat ended up dying (it's a protected species so hopefully they don't try to charge me) the bat was tested and it came back positive. I had to get my cat treatment and she's been acting super weird now. I've mostly been having flu-like symptoms and been super tired. I've been trying to keep it high spirits with the zombie jokes. If I don't laugh I'll cry 😂😂😂

Personally I love butterfly and moth designs. The green and purple are so pretty too! Also favorite colors are cool colors such as green and purple. If others are like me, then they’re witch hat and Luna moth lovers lmao

I wouldn’t consider downton as a soap. Soaps are on pretty much every day on the ‘main’ tv channels.
Other Brits, please add if I’ve missed any! Our soaps are: Eastenders, Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, and then Aussie soaps that we also love are Home & Away and Neighbours - however I’m not 100% if the Aussie soaps are still running. It’s been a while since I’ve watched a soap 😅

P.S. Who do you use for your pin manufacturing, or could you recommend any good places (I'm in the states)? I have my own little shop and am thinking of creating my own pin at some point in the future.
Made my first order and mainly grabbed Luna moth stuff, have no interested in the cottage core kind of stuff is why. more into witchy spooky, cats. moths made a great "neutral" gift as well.
Would it be possible for there to also be strawberry bundles? Technically all the items are there like with the Luna Moth themed items, just not in a bundle. I'd personally like to buy both a Luna moth and strawberry bundle if the option was there when your Luna Moth pins are restocked, but if it's too much of a hassle I totally understand. Thanks for those long shop prep and launch vlogs by the way, they've been a godsend in the void of videos I've noticed of late in my feed and I have been loving them so much! Keep up the great work, I know it's a lot right now, but you're doing amazing!

Don’t stress out baylee don’t. Work to hard. Just do what you can each day and an idea just Write down where your up too so the next day you can continue your packing orders Ok my other. Thing is at least you know the totes and stickers are popular. . As you go on this journey of doing for your shop you can see what not popular. And what is popular . One idea is. Keep your boxes that have transfers in it or that in case you run out of boxes. So you not waiting around for stuff to arrive. To u love your hard work I wish I could jump through the iPad and help you out .

Will you be making a Luna moth sketchbook? Your sweaters, they're a sweatshirt-style sweater, right, not like a knitted sweater? Or are they? Oh my goodness, if you could have your Luna Moth art converted to a knitting graph, I'd be ordering that so fast. I feel a certain affinity hearing you say how well the Luna Moth products have been selling. I love them so much and you made such a beautiful representation of them. It's nice to know how much you and others also like them. I even thought about ordering a luna moth hoodie and taking it to to be converted to a zipped hoodie. But that might just ruin the design. The new hood design you found really tempts me though!!
Yes, there's a luna moth sketchbook in the works. The sweatshirts are not knitted.
I would not recommend converting a sweatshirt into a zip up. You would lose some of the design to the zipper seam, and the embroidery would be at risk of fraying or coming apart.
I have plans for zip ups, but not with chest designs at this time.

@@BayleeJae sorry I don’t think I made myself clear enough (I’ve been sick and having thay head fog). I think if you can get the small batch amount of the shopper bags it would be great but I personally don’t get along with the shape you stock, but rather the type that’s more like a traditional shopping bag. I was using the Nintendo animal crossing dodo airlines platinum point reward bag as a comparison point because I thought you might be familiar with it!
I just looked it up and my shopping bags are the same style as that one, but with longer handles. The handles go the same direction & everything, so I don't see a difference.
