I think sleep is the one thing that should never be negotiated or sacrificed. Currently working and going to school full-time and I find myself struggling to stay consistent with my fitness. Every time I slip, I did not get a full night of sleep the night before. After bad sleep it takes all of my effort to complete my work and school tasks because I'm not operating at 100% and then after my willpower to resist temptations and energy to establish routines is nonexistent. I'm still learning and trying to work on myself. Your insights gave me a lot to think about. You seem very well read and dedicated to effective communication and it comes off as you speak.

Sleep is HUGE in pretty much everything in life. Our body’s like routine and need to be set up in a way to use energy without the need of willpower. Sleep makes this automatic.
I appreciate your thoughts here and thanks!

The way you think about and explain things is useful in helping me do the same. You seem to have a passion around communication on a level few people are capable of while being easily accessible 🙌

Fitness, both financial and physical come first. Virtually all relationships fail, and, including C- and D- marriages, almost all marriages. Finances and fitness, properly managed, last a (long) lifetime. Women have an incredibly low R.O.I. They come dead last, at best. Brothers, it IS possible to have a good life without simping for a "Queen". These women add new meaning to "narcissistic".

Agree with a lot of this. Don’t agree with a generalized statement of Women being low-ROI.
In your opinion, are you saying all women are low-ROI? Or a specific type of woman?
