I do want to let anyone with Traction Alopecia know, that the only way to regain your hair is with surgery. If your edges have thinned and then grown back, you never had Traction Alopecia to begin with. You can regrow hair when overcoming other types of alopecia, but never with traction. Traction means you've pulled the hair out by the root. No root, no growth.❤️

Hair is looking FANTASTIC!!! I have been using organic castor oil (nothing special regarding jbco imo) as an edge sleeker. I just put a day daily on my temple area edges and the back middle section of my hairline (VERY fine hair back there). Tami 💓 I just made the door grow oil today. I’m giving it as bonus to my Christmas gifts for the women I know on a hair growth journey. Of course I’ll be sending your video too so they can see the results. Thank you so much for your transparency your personality is so authentic . I’m so excited to kick up my growth with this next length I’m striving for after my big chop 2 years ago. I chopped mine to where you are now and I’m just below shoulder length . I’m on hair vitamins now. You can look into minoxidil 5% for your edges too. Just search the results with the dermaroller and decide for yourself. It works for a lot of black women .
And I have the same dollar tree clarifying shampoo 😆 a lot of naturals swear by that VO5. Your edges look great my 4C Sista. I see your growth and your style is cute the wig combs are a good hack 🎉 btw I’ve had great success with black Panther edge control and gots to be . One of the few that works for my 4c

You are awesome!!! You’re doing so well! Your routine is VERY similar to mine and I hope the doo gro helps as well. I want to keep up with your progress. I stirred away from minoxidil because I heard once you stop use your hair falls back out but I’ll do more research. I’ve seen that it pairs with micro needling very well.
I’ll also check out the edge control you mentioned. Keep me updated I’ll always look out for your comments! 💕💕

Your hair is growing well and thick. I've heard rosemary is the same as rogaine so it's a good edition to your routine. Regarding your edges you should see a professional sooner than later when your hair starts to thin out time is of the essence before you are at a point of no return and have to go to extremes like a transplant.

Congratulations on your journey Tami!! I can't wait for my hair to get full and thicker as well!! Also, can you tell me what oil do your use to grow your edges back fully? Even though mines is in the process growing back slowly, I'm really trying to grow my hair back equally but I know all I can do is pray, trust God, believe, and let Him do the miracle to grow my hair. Due to the chemicals in relaxer, tight braids, and using a certain lace front glue product, it really took my edges out and it left me a big bald spot on one side of my edges and the oil that I was trying previously thinning my edges on the other side so I had to stop using it.

Yes to the taper cut💪💪💪 I wish you growth! I’m still doing research on the micro needling but I’m not sure if you’ve seen videos where ppl use needles on the skin? The purpose is the lightly ‘damage’ your skin/follicles so that your bodies natural reaction is to run and heal it. The goal is to ‘damage’ a small layer of skin to expedite the healing process. It sounds scary to me but I have nothing to lose at this point. Good luck to you okay!!

    Do you prefer to

To be continued So here’s a few different equipments and devices you can use to help with hair growth , use red light therapy comb, use irestore helmet for hair growth, use hair max hair growth device comb, use high frequency tool device for hair growth, also oxygen therapy device for hair growth, use derma stamp tool for hair growth, use hand held scalp massage brush for hair growth, also use in electronica scalp massage devices for hair growth. For the hair growth serums definitely look into using water base scalp serum for hair growth and i’ve done a ton of research for water base scalp serum’s for hair growth and it’s really good for hair growth and it has so many amazing benefits for the scalp and the follicles and look into using organic Ayurvedic herbs tea rinses for hair growth and when you use a tea, do not rinse it out your hair leave it in your scalp and massage it in and only put it on your scalp not your hair if it’s an scalp product which is it’s really good for hair, use an satin pillow case, a satin bonnet for your hair, also, when your hair is long enough, definitely try to corporate and try to use an satin scrunchies instead of rubber bands for your hair and here’s an good company that sells satin scrunches, they have an ig online business page called @xxl.scrunchie , also use bamboo wooden combs, bamboo wooden Afro picks, bamboo bamboo wooden brushes, bamboo bamboo wooden rat tooth combs, bamboo wooden wide tooth combs, bamboo wooden edges comb, that you can definitely find some nice bamboo wooden combs, bamboo wooden brushes on Amazon, also you can find some really nice bamboo combs at another ig online business page called @natureboyig and just to warn you it is a black owned business and it’s only for men and it’s an all man company, that they make/ sell wooden beard brushes, and beard combs and beard products but i talked to the business owner there and they said that there’s a few black woman that orders there combs and there beard brushes to use for there hair and that it is still fine to use for our kinky curly hair but stay a way from plastic combs and plastic brushes and that there not good for our hair also make sure you invest and buy your own hair steamer so that way your hair can slowly stay hydrated and make sure you use glass hairspray bottles to spray your hair and your scalp and that using a glass spray bottle and make sure that it is in warm temperature for the water, that the warm water is going to penetrate and your hair better and it’s going to help your hair grow, i found out when you’re with your hair and warm temperature, It causes the product to able to step into your hair much better then if the water itself that your using is in room temperature. Also make sure that you pre detangler your hair before wash day so that way when it’s washed in your hair will be easily to de-tangle and make sure you always get your daily trips.

    • @tamithecreator
      @tamithecreator  Рік тому +1

Do you plan on using all that equipment? So far I’ve done the scalp brushes, derma rolling & massages but I need to look into the others.
I have a wooden comb & I used it to soak oils into it then detangle my hair, I miss doing it, definitely need to bring it back into my routine.
Definitely going to get a steamer & I do detangle before washing ( I actually just started doing this & I have a lot less breakage/shedding)
I’m taking notes thank you for you advice

There’s only a few that I’ve tried, but I wasn’t very consistent so I want to give it another chance, but most of these devices and tools I haven’t really used them before but I’ve done a lot of research on the features in the devices it’s very good for hair growth. I’ve saw a lot of the reviews of how it’s been helping other people‘s hair and I found it is really good for hair growth, but I am planning to get them and that’s why I’m writing all of my stuff down so I could know what to buy and how much everything is going to cost and I’ll definitely send you some before and after pictures through your email and I don’t mind chatting and continue chatting with you through email as well so being a lookout for my email here but I am very excited but it’s in time I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket because I have to find out how much it cost for these things and that I still don’t know how much it cost because I’m still writing more things down that I need and I don’t think so. I am now only going to be using equipment and tools and devices to help grow my hair but I’m also going to be cooperating water besed hair growth scalp serum for my hair for hair growth and hair care products as well, not only that I’ll be cooperating different types of hair, growth, supplements, for hair growth in different forms and I’ll be taking liquid form supplements, pill form supplements and crystal form supplements which is organic MSM crystals for hair growth, and the best one to use where Emerson crystal is and crystal form instead of powder form and i’ll be taking tea for hair growth form for supplements and powder, form supplements for hair growth, also I’ll be changing what I’m eating and drinking and I’ll be eating a lot of organic, exotic and rare fruits and basic fruits like seated grapes and seated papaya and seated peaches and seated strawberries, seated blueberries, and more… And also i’ll be keeping my hair and scalp, my body hydrated. Also, the reason why I’m getting all these devices and equipments and tools for my hair growth is because when I was doing my research about hair growth on different type of things I feel like you have to tackle your hair and different forms in different ways. You can not tackle hair growth in hair loss issues in one form you have to do it a different forms if you’re going to do it manually and grow your hair out yourself without getting an hair transplants and any thing like that and so that’s the reason why and as I think about it, it really does make sense because I also found out hair is very difficult. It’s been a very difficult issue to deal with and to treat and the fact that they still haven’t found a cure for hair growth that makes me really believe that and when I made you got to talk, live in different forms if for example, someone’s going to use a HHere’s Grove all in their scalp and let’s see the product doesn’t really work and is me to only grow your hair not to use as a sealant yes, they’re probably may work but that’s one form of tackling your hair growth issues, that is not going to help get rid of everything else has been going on in your hair that causing the person to have hair growth issues so you have to find different ways in different areas to help get rid of hair loss, and it all starts everything internally first before externally because no matter what so many uses on the hair to make it grow. If they don’t fix the problem that’s happening internally. It’s going to always be there and it’s always going to keep coming back and it’s always going to be an issue every time so it’s best to address that hair loss and hair growth issues first and then also use stuff on the scalp to help with hair externally for hair growth. And I also want to see if any of these things really work all the devices and tools and equipment for hair growth so I hope I make sense and I’ve done a ton of research on it and I think what I’m doing. Makes absolute sense and I think it’s going to work out for me really good and the fact that I’ll be documenting everything is really going to be helping my hair, growth journey and I’ll be buying a diary book to help with that too and I’ll be right now how I feel every day about my hair and my scalp, my follicles and I’ll be writing down all the tools i’ll be using to help my hair grow and that i’ll be seeing be writing down in my dairy book what hair care products works or not for my hair and to see if my water based hair growth scalp serum is going to help my hair grow and that’s the same one that I’ll be making and selling in my hair growth/ scalp care instagram online business page @phinalusciousroots_ so fingers crossed and hopefully my water-based hair growth scalp serum is gonna work for me and other people as well, also I’m see if there’s any other people that’s interested in trying it out to see if it works for them to since I’ll be selling it in my business as well but that’s the reason why I will be trying it out all these other equipments and tools and devices for my hair growth and I hope it makes sense to you.

I just left a comment about auyervedic ingredients on your other video. Please read it.
Also, you shouldn't put the oil in the fridge. It needs to be in a warm, cool environment to infuse the ingredients best. I even sit my oils in the sun for the 1st 3 days to help give it a boost for infusing. You can also use African black soap to make your own clarifying shampoo that'll help your hair grow too. Or add a teaspoon of amla and some essential oil (rosemary and peppermint will help with your growth goals) to give it a REALLY good boost! And you don't need a trim right now. Naturals cut our hair too much, honestly. You can't expect real progress when you're cutting it off all the time.
I still say use rosemary water and massage it in for 10 mins daily and seal it in with a good oil. Make a DIY growth oil, and use it to seal in the moisture from the rosemary water. You can find a good recipe on YT for that too. HennaSooq is a company that has a YT channel that's AMAZING!!! The owner does videos showing how to sue auyervedic ingredients for DIYs to help with every issue you are having with your hair. You'll learn so much. And put the darn scissors down! It's only been 6 months. ⚠️⚠️⚠️You don't need a trim. MAYBE you need to dust the ends of your cornrows, but that's it. You don't need to cut your hair!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️

      Hello again Mrs Tennille,
I should have clarified I don’t put the mix in the fridge I just keep it out the bathroom. I used to keep it in the bathroom but it was like putting it in the microwave for 10 min twice a day, it was messing with the consistency. I see what you mean though.
I put the scissors down!! Lol, I’m glad you said something I felt like I needed a trim because my ends snagged and I got a lot of shedding. I guess I’m forgetting my hair was in braids for 7 weeks 🥴 I’m just so used to having unhealthy hair.
Nice you tagged a channel that uses the auyervedic. I want to incorporate it in my routine I just have to figure how and how often.
The scissors are down and I can’t wait to se my growth especially with adding rosemary to my routine now, auyervedic will be next.
Thanks again for you comments you’ve been a MAJOR help.

@@tamithecreator you're so welcome. I believe in passing along knowledge because we are all learning to take care of our hair. It's really a newer thing for us as Black women to have so many options to care for our hair. Even with something as simple as shampoo. We didn't have so many choices even 20 yrs ago! So we're all trying to figure out what works and what doesn't for our hair. That's why product reviews are so popular on YT. We're looking for creators with similar hair as ours and looking at how the products work for them before we buy it for ourselves. I appreciate that so much! It's saved me plenty of money! That'd a form of information sharing as well. We have to keep sharing the knowledge we have amoungst each other so that the next generation can do better. Nothing makes me smile brighter than seeing a little Black girl who's just got her hair done look in the mirror and say she loves how her hair looks. It proves that we're doing our job as their elders and nit passing along all the negative issues we had about our hair.

And use the organic MSM crystals for your scalp and when you use your MSM Crystals make sure you corporate vitamin C, because once you do that, it helps activate the MSM crystals and it’s much better to incorporate the vitamin C with MSM crystals and the MSM crystals works better that way and when you use the MSM crystals make sure you only get the organic MSM crystals and that make sure that you incorporate the organic amla extract herb, which is an Ayurvedic herb and it contains the highest quality of vitamin c vitamin c, but amla is not actually an vitamin c, that you take the MSM crystals and you put the MSM crystals in boiling hot water with the amla extract herbs together and you let it sit until it gets warm and then you transfer the MSM crystals and the amla extract herb into a glass hair spray bottle and spray on your scalp and massage it in really good and also use your hand held scalp massager brush, and do that every day and also sprayed into your edges too and when you do that helps with hair growth and also you can also take MSM crystals internally and MSM is very multipurpose and not only that definitely take the MSM crystals internally because it has so many amazing benefits for your skin and your internal health and also MSM crystals helps with inflammation in the body as well and MSM crystals is very good for hair growth and not only that you can put the MSM Crystals in your teas, your coffee or you can take it straight and swallow it.

This has proven to work: I did this when losing my edges and the products I used and recommended to my clients when I owned a natural hair salon with excellent results. Please don't take anything to heart here. I am typing all of this to help.
Please stop wearing wigs. Go to a barbershop and let them edge you up well, even your hair out, and give you a style you can sport while allowing your hair to breathe (not taking much off 1/8 of an inch).
AND FOR GOD'S SAKE! WASH YOUR HAIR MORE OFTEN! Yes, wash once a week. I do not know why we think we should go longer. Our hair does not thrive in a dark, warm, oily, dirty environment! Picture that in your head! Nothing but bacteria and fungus thrive in that type of environment. What makes us think our head is any different? The scalp is like a clean oxygenated environment. Your scalp produces enough oil to take care of itself. You can add a little oil to the ends of your hair, but that's ALL.
For the HAIR ONLY: Please use a demineralized shampoo every other month, Kenra Professional Clarifying Shampoo. Hard water is a beast on our fragile hair. You can get this from ULTRA or online.
Use these products: for cleaning the HAIR weekly:
Congo Mello Moisture Balancing Bath Shampoo (leave in 10 mins/ it releases all build up in the hair)
Congo Mello Mint Therapeutic Moisturizing Shampoo,
Congo Mello Moisture Instant Hydrating Conditioner.
You can get Congo on Amazon, or you will have to find a beautician that sells the products.
Deep conditioner: ApHogee Curlific! Texture Treatment (2x month or more if needed). The absolute best ever! You can get it at Sally's or online.
    SCALP and Hair Growth:
Decca Plus Satin Scalp Therapy (read the jar; many benefits and uses).
Decca Plus is the hallmark of any black hair growth regime. Hair growth starts with a healthy scalp, not hair www.deccaplus.com/.
Stop blow drying and do simple wet and goes: I highly recommend if your hair like Jelly's: Cantu Leave-In Conditioner: How to: Use damp hair
Cantu Custard: $9.81 | 12oz Use on soaking wet hair. Keep the hair soaking wet when applying this product. Make sure the water is warm and purified.
If your hair prefers a cream base:
    ApHogee Curlific! Moisture Rich Leave-in
    ApHogee Curlific! Curl Definer.
My hair likes Jelly's but loves this stuff too. If you need to know if your hair prefers jelly or cream, experiment but don't do both and try to stay in the product line. They are made to work with each other.
Acception to my rule of thumb: Kinky-Curly Knot Today leaves-in play swell with any product line.
The rosemary is the only thing in all that stuff you use that will help with hair growth. It is the same active ingredient in Rogaine. Therefore, if you want, you can use rosemary mixed in distilled water and spritz on after shampooing around the edges and on the scalp, then rinse out. The condition or add to conditioner. Or deep conditioning. Please use how you like but rinse it out afterward. The essential oil work just as well as the herb itself.
Use a satin bonnet at night and when just chilling around the house.
Keep your hair covered with a satin scarf in harsh weather (cold or sweltering outside). Wear a hat/toboggan, sun visor, etc/(scarves under) when possible.
Learn to sleep on your back for your edges sake. Stop sleeping with plastic rollers and crap. Our hair is very fragile and prone to breakage .
Do scalp messages and take a good hair growth vitamin (low amount of biotin with bamboo). Drink 64 oz of water daily, take a teaspoon of tasteless cod liver oil every morning a.co/d/2REM9Mw and watch your hair grow.
Great essential oils: for hair growth: lavender, bergamot oil, tea tree, rosemary, geranium, clary sage, yang-ylang, thyme, cedarwood, and peppermint.
If all fail, Go to the dermatologist. There is a health issue. They will not touch your hair but give you the proper shampoo and recommendations.
Please stop buying and doing all that crap you see on UA-cam, folk! Learn how the scalp actually works, what’s missing in your nutrition department, and how to take care of the hair (porosity, etc.). Each of us is different, but these are the basics I have named to get anyone back on track. For GOD, SAKE DRINK WATER!

All this plastic is the best we’ve what it as much as possible if we can, we can only control what we eat and drink in this life. Also corporate lot of fruits and veggies as well in your lifestyle, eating and stay away from a lot of products that contain a lot of harmful chemicals and that is not organic and not natural and not toxic. Make sure they’re organic products and they have really good high-quality ingredients in them for the hair care products and this is everything I know so far and also try to do a lot of scalp massages, inversion methods that can help with hair growth and most importantly, don’t forget to keep your scalp in your follicles in your hair and your body hydrated as much as possible that definitely helps with your skin and your internal health and hair growth. Also i do apologize for the late response and I’m just seeing your message now and also I’ve been quite busy and I’ve been doing a lot of things in my personal life and the fact that I just had a baby back in 2020 and that I’m a new mom I’m just dealing with so much with that but I’m glad you like everything I had mentioned to you and I’m glad I had educated you and that’s what I’m about as well as educating people especially when it comes to the internal health and the well-being and do a hair and skin and i’m also looking to learn more about it aging and skin and everything else about skin everything. And you are too kind. That will be an honor and thank you for allowing me to touch your hair and let me help your hair and any type away and that I’m originally from Florida and I just left that state few years ago but I’m planning to go back to go to to get my hair check by dermatologist and I want to go next year and I only dad I’m working on a lot different things right now like my own a business for my hair Company in my hair care to chat or page which is at @thecurlygirlsplug and you’re more than welcome to go check it out. Also, here is my hair growth/ scalp care instagram and TikTok online business page called @phinaluscious roots_ & my hair growth/ scalp care TikTok page is @ phinalusciousroots__ and i do have an customer product review testimonial instagram page called @ phinalusciousrootstestimonials and also i’m glad you like what I’m talking about here and yes I am also a hair growth and scalp and follicles care specialist and I didn’t mention this but iIm aesthetician and i went to school for that for about seven months back in 2016 even though i have no proof that i did anybody’s facials. But like I said, it will be an honor to do your hair and I am all about learning and educating myself so my mind is an open book and there’s always some thing you going around or something new happening for hair growth and follicle growth for hair care and hair growth and I’m in the very beginning stages of learning about HHere’s Grove, and all this started off back wind a head start getting hair loss issues when I was in 10th grade and the last time my hair was ever a long when i was in ninth grade soiI think i started having her issues when I was 15 years old and it’s been going on for 14 years and i’m in my 20s now and it truly sucks because especially as a young black woman this is not good and it’s very embarrassing and it’s almost about to go on 15 years if I don’t stop the situation and find out what is really going on so I’m glad I’m planning to go to the dermatologist next year and i’ll be saving up money so i can go there and get my self checked and i’m also plan to get blood work done and I’m looking into getting a hair doctor and some other things too but I do have a plan and I’ve done a lot of research on the devices and tools and supplements and scalp and hair care products that can help with hair growth and I’m writing a list down right now and I don’t know how much all this is going to cost but I plan to save up so i can make this happen so i have everything I need to start my herd of journey when I’m ready to cut my hair and i’ll be making my own water-based hair growth, scalp serum that i’m also plan to sell in my business to help my hair grow and i can’t wait to do this to help my hair and if it does work, let me know if you’re interested if you want to try it out because i’m willing to let other people try out the product to see what they think about the hair growth serum and also for my hair growth company i won’t be selling any hair growth serum’s. It’s only gonna be water-based HHere’s Grove scalp serum‘s and only products i will sell it oil base form is a pre-poo oil for when you’re about to wash your hair and wash days in a hot oil treatment product and a hair sealant hair, that’s the only products that i will sell that are in oil form and i guess my research has been paying off because you really like what i told you and you feel like i really understand how it works and that i know what I’m talking about and i told somebody about some of the things i mentioned to you and they said it looks like I’m getting close to something maybe one day i’ll find a cure for hair loss i don’t know but i am really passionate about it and that is my niche right now and then i’m all about learning something new and i want to help as much Black people as possible and other people with their hair issues and I feel like it’s a big deal in the black community and the fact that I’m doing with my own hair growth and hair issues right now and to be honest i don’t know why my hair is very stagnant right now i don’t know why but this is the first time that ever happened and i really don’t like my hair right now because the way it’s looking so i can’t wait to start over and start fresh and get my third big chop and i’ll definitely let you know how everything works for me and i’m definitely planning to try red light therapy and blue light therapy on my scalp for hair growth. But since you’re saying that to me it’s a confirmation that my research has been really paying off when it comes to learning about hair growth and scalp care. I’m at the point where i want to learn about the follicles so i guess it’s paying off and that makes me proud for myself, and no one had told me this information, i literally looked it up all by myself, that i did do my own research on my own without going to school or anybody telling me all this info and i’m glad i had did research into this because after what i went through with my hair that’s what made me want to start my hair with company in my hair carry to channel and me learning more about hair growth. Also, one more thing, that I’m planning to learn about how you can use certain specific fruits to put into your scalp, your hair to help with hair growth and that’s some thing else that i’m learning about right now as well and that i found out that fruits it’s really good to help with scalp issues like dandruff and also to help give your hair mironutrients and minerals, vitamins that it needs so the hair can grow by using fruits and i’ll be talking about that as well on my UA-cam channel but i hope you have a blessed day and please let me know what you think about it.

@@tamithecreator Also i’m forgot to mention see you and yes, I don’t mind chatting with you though email and i don’t mind continuing this conversation with on there and I will be emailing you through this one here but this page is not my UA-cam channel page but I’m glad I had helped you out. I’m glad it was very educational but I know I’m in a very beginning stage of learning about hair growth and I want to learn a lot since it has affected my hair a lot and I’m going through it myself and I know you’re going through it yourself as well and my hair just never been the same since I was in 10th grade and I just did one awful mistake to my hair and it just never been the same and when I was young I was due a lot of stress and other things in my life but I’m glad I know a lot now compared to years ago it shows that I have a lot of growth now and learning about here and I’m glad I can help someone out. I’m glad I can help you out and if anybody else is the message I sent you I hope it educate them as well and I love inspiring and educating a lot of my black brothers and sisters when it comes to hair growth and wellness and i’m really into hair growth, scalp care, follicles growth and self-care, and self-love, and wellness an internal health, and i love working out and i’m also really into skincare and body care and I’m also really into feet care and that’s all I’m really into right now and so I’ve done a lot of research and other things of that nature as well and i’m learning a lot about wellness so i really want to learn a lot of aspects about the body besides just hair and that i am learning a lot about holistic herbs and that’s some thing i’m really into and interested in and that I am a black indigenous holistic herbalist as well Also found out everything is connected and that one people have hair issues on the hair and meet something could be socially going on in one of your organs. That’s the way of the hair is speaking out to the person without saying anything and letting them know that either you’re about to have something serious happen to the pacific Oregon or something serious has already happened to that pacific Oregon and that’s his way of saying that maybe you need to change with your eating and drinking and take your body serious things like that so that is how the hair speaks to people and it does the same for the skin as well. As some thing i learned about hair, and each part of our hair is an organ in the air with a hair is, for example, like her edges could be or lymphatic drainage, or or kidneys, then our neap could be our intestine and more. So there’s more to it when it comes to hair it’s hair is very complicated and difficult especially as a black person and it’s much deeper for hair and so I just want to let you know but I can talk to you more about the organs in her hair stuff conversation when I email you cause a lot to see on here but at least I had educate you and I’m glad I did.

I’m reading your comments now. You’re doing great! I’m glad you’re doing the chop again for the 3rd time and you’re seeking help internally. I got my blood checked as well and that’s how I found out my iron was low. I started taking iron pills, I don’t think they’re helping with my hair but they’re helping with my health. I hope you find the source as to why your growth is stagnant though. I hope you document on UA-cam I’ll definitely subscribe

TWO FANTASTIC METHODS FOR HAIR GROWTH AND MAINTENANCE.
My hair is just a tad longer than yours was in this video and I have a really fantastic and super easy way to trim your hair, with guaranteed even lengths.
TIP ONE: Platt or twist your hair into the same size sections you were doing in the video. Grab hold of the straggly ends on the end of your twist, by using, very sharp, good-quality hair scissors, simply cut 2cm off each twist. It takes about 2mins and your done.
I also have 4C hair and really hate that knotting that can occur on the ends; which in turn makes it take longer to detangle your hair and cause further breakage, so by trimming, that is reduced dramatically and healthy lenght is encouraged.
TIP TWO: When massaging your scalp, I have a method that doesn't even require you to invert (tilt forwards) your body. Just sit down, the with your fingertips, start patting on your scalp; as if gently patting on a drum; using your finger tips as if sprinkling Fairy dust. Do this all over your scalp and within seconds, you will feel a slight tingling sensation building up. Continue using the 'patting on a drum' 🥁and 'sprinkling Fairy dust' 🧚‍♂✨method for as long as you desire.
WARNING⚠,You will start to feel HAPPY🥰, RELAXED😌, and SLEEPY 😴
