Here’s a brief history of Led Zeppelin for you: The Greatest Rock Band of all-time ...... period. All of their songs are great. This was just a fun song for them. If you want to see an over the top performance from them at the same concert watch, “Since I’ve Been Loving You”.
I would suggest whole lotta love.... stairway to heaven....black dog....when the levee breaks....great reaction! Every member of Led Zeppelin is awesome!
Sorry, one last comment (i've already had a blunt and my shots) When the Levee Breaks will rock your world. I'll say no more. Thank you for your indulgence!
Only thing you need to know is, that they are the GOATS! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎 Jimmy Page is one of the all time Guitar gods. L.Z. Is best live. Stay with this concert to start! You have entered the rabbit hole of Led Zeppelin, enjoy the journey😊
These guys...having a blast on stage would often play way over 3 hour concerts. Jimmy Page dancing, rockin' all over the stage with his ducklips. BEST BAND EVER, BEST TEAMMATES!
Same concert Led Zep - "Since I've been Loving You " A lesson in Blues / Rock😉 Robert Plant - Vocals Jimmy Page - Lead Guitar John (Bonzo) Bonham - Drums John Paul Jones - Bass / Keyboards
What up! Hell Yeah! Dig your reaction cause like dudes that we are ,its all about staying cool no matter what ! But I could see the thrill and the element of surprise in your eyes! Eyes give up everything! Good deal 👌
if you want a cheat code, watch The Song Remains the Same. that will give you an instant, epic and widespread understanding of who they are. then you can deep dive the albums. they're so layered, that--and this is IMPORTANT--you need to PAY ATTENTION IN EACH SONG. truly pay attention to what you're listening to in every part of the arrangements. the first time you listen each song, dont stop the tracks a bunch of times or you just wont get the punch-in-the-face impact that discovering Zep for the first time gives. it's tragic to see people miss out on that. save revisiting certain elements for the second time you listen. if you fall deeply in love with them, you'll get it. if you dont you may learn to appreciate them, but it wont ever grab you and refuse to let go. up to you which way you go, and either way--that's cool, do you. but if you DO love them, you'll see that they aren't a band. they're a lifestyle. ❤🤘🏼
If you want to check out more Led Zep live stuff, check out the live version of "Trampled under foot" from their 1975 Earls Court concert. Once again it showcases their diverse and exceptional music talent.
Great song to start with! When I saw them in 1975 this was the opening song just as it is in this 1973 tour. It is the perfect opener. When I saw them in 1977 they opened with “The Song Remains The Same” and “Rock & Roll” was the first song of the encore. They ended with one of my favorites “Trampled Under Foot”.
The album version showcases Robert Plant’s vocals more, but this live performance is really just the Jimmy Page show - and I’m here for it. I was born in 1975, and I didn’t really hear Led Zeppelin until I was in high school. It was a revelation. Truthfully, they’re a classic rock band I kind of burned out on and didn’t listen to that often after a while, but it’s really fun when I hear them, especially a live version I don’t know. Would’ve been interesting to see where they might’ve gone in the 80s had their incredible drummer, John Bonham, not died. The Who are another absolutely phenomenal outfit with a terrific/crazy drummer who died before the end of the 70s.
the other thing about going to shows back then, because our phones were attached by a wire to a jack in the wall of our houses, we couldn't lose them at the show. No matter how impaired we were, we still had a phone when we got home.
LOL,,, we did not have cell phones back then, we still had conversations, watched tv together, and sometimes even read together. Much different world back then
In retrospect, I should've skipped school that day to see them at The Garden. Mind you this is coming from a mind of a third grader. The level of influence of Zep :-)
Led Zeppelin is a rock/blues band that is legendary. Robert Plant singer/rock god John Paul Jones bass/keys/rock god John Bonham drums/rock god RIP Jimmy Page guitar/producer/rock god.
The greatest band to ever grace the stage.here’s a couple suggestions, stay with the 1973 MSG live show. “The Song Remains the Same/The Rain Song “ react to both songs as a single reaction. Then do “Since I’ve been loving you” Stairway to Heaven” Whole latta love” then you will be ready for “Dazed and Confused “ all these songs react to the 1973 Madison square garden concert live. You will be blown away then start from the beginning the first album every song. There are no bad Led Zeppelin songs but the diversity and uniqueness of their music will keep you wanting more.welcome to the rabbit hole. Strap in and enjoy the show, you will soon understand why they are the greatest band then now and tomorrow. Timeless music that sounds as good today as it did 50 years ago
Bro really cool reaction. Keep em coming with LED and your views will rocket. I “think” live songs get blocked less? If true that’s good, your next songs should be the following, all live. Stairway to heaven, since I’ve been loving you, in my time of dying
Every time I watch the MSG show I rewind the solo every damn time for rock and roll. Page makes it look so easy and effortless, he just rips the notes.
Lol...Great reaction and I love that you noticed nobody recording or on their phones! Not downing you at all, it's just because you're young and probably don't realize nobody had cellphones for at least another 12 yrs! No reason you should know that tho and I'm not choppin you for it. I just think it's cool when younger people get into the music my generation was bottle raised on. To be fair none of us ever thought the day would come that we would carry a phone around with us!
Stairway to Heaven at this same concert should be obligatory. You won’t regret it. And check out Queen, Somebody To Love live at Montreal 1981. It’s mind blowing. And just so you know, Queen very rarely block
Lol Ik I meant comparing today’s concerts to back then. Nowadays everyone goes to concerts to watch it on their phones instead of enjoying the experience like how it was back then when there was no cell phones
LED ZEPPELIN = JIMMY PAGE - Guitars, also the band's founder & producer. JOHN PAUL JONES - Bass guitar, keyboards, and many other instruments. Jones also arranged and conducted string and horn sections for different Zep songs. ROBERT PLANT - Vocals, wrote most of the lyrics. JOHN BONHAM - Drums & percussion. Best rock drummer ever. You need to see & hear SINCE I'VE BEEN LOVING YOU from the same 1973 Madison Square Garden concert. Unbelievable!
The song is actually a variation on Stroll On by the Yardbirds ua-cam.com/video/adbGT8Rg9OE/v-deo.html which was itself a variation of their cover of Train Kept A Rollin' by Tiny Bradshaw from 1951.
Zeppelin is one of the all time greats!!! Check out Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark in EnVivo in Chile . My favorite band and a great live show with an epic crowd. Up the Irons!!
So glad you’re doing live! Especially L.Z. Check out Stevie Ray Vaughn & Double Trouble. If you dig Zep, you’ll dig him. He is the Goat of Goats. Jimmy Page, the guitarist for Led Zeppelin said he was,and still is the Goat!
you are watching actual rock gods. enjoy, nothing better than classic rock.
It's pretty simple: GOATs.
True dat!

All I can say if you've never heard Led Zeppelin you're about to be schooled about rock and roll and Rock And Roll is a good start!
You have no idea what your getting into. Over 50 incredible songs. This is just a taste.
I would suggest whole lotta love.... stairway to heaven....black dog....when the levee breaks....great reaction! Every member of Led Zeppelin is awesome!
Good point about the crowd! If you look closely, they were actually in awe.
I believe "dumbfounded" is the word LOL
It's hard to believe that there's still a soul out there who hasn't heard Led Zeppelin music until now
GOATS of Rock and Roll. Kashmir will blow your mind. Dazed and confused also
I would suggest “Kashmir” and “Achilles Last Stand” both from Knebworth in 1979. Also, “In My Time of Dying” live from Earl’s Court 1975.
Yes yes and yes!!
Great choice, I was at knebworth
stephen miller oh, man. I would have loved that!
That guy with the ax is one Jimmy Page. Rock Monster!
You don't know who Zeppelin is? Well now you know! More live Zeppelin!
This band sold out Madison Square garden twice in one day !🤗
led zeppelin, Beatles best rock bands ever..... one way or the other every band since the late 70's has been heavily influenced by zeppelin
Growing up in 60s and 70s just took all the bands singers with pinch salt but now jeez do I realise how lucky I was being young then ✌️☮️
Sorry, one last comment (i've already had a blunt and my shots) When the Levee Breaks will rock your world. I'll say no more. Thank you for your indulgence!

Throw a dart at any random Zeppelin song and chances are, it'll be a banger.
Welcome David!
As far as what to reccomend; Everything in their catalog.
LOL,,, we did not have cell phones back then, we still had conversations, watched tv together, and sometimes even read together. Much different world back then
Nice comment about the phones....you are spot on.

Was that only 3 guys on instruments? Damn! You hear how they filled out the music with only 3 guys? Unbelievable.
Lol what do you prefer?--- Blues? - Acoustic? Folk? Metal? heck they even have some Country --- And I love all of it
They missed the cell phone era - until their one off performance in 2007 - there were plenty of cell phones out on that one!
