been doing this stuff with my best friend since we were 12 years old, only youtuber we could ever watch doing it was thatboatguy, you’re going to have over 100K subs in no time glad i got here early
Boeshield really is good stuff. I’ve been using it for years on steel parts that could wet, but I first learned about it from the bicycle mechanics that spray it on the inside of the tubular steel bicycle frames.
I love you bro and your channel you have inspired me in so many ways and I love to see your channel grow more than ever ❤ god bless you and your family love you bro
Awesome video not only are you an mechanic add boat builder to your title lol. Again Awesome video I enjoyed this one very much. Hope you feel better and stay safe out there and have a blessed day. Aloha from Kansas
Well done got a sub from me idk what els to expect to find in the channel but I’m sure it’s great, I’ma a fisherman and I also own a boat and I’m really into diy so I bet our interest align.
@@jjthekilllalandrum943 appreciate that a lot man. Doing my best to increase upload frequency, just want to make sure you guys know when you click on a video it’s going to be the highest possible quality 💯 don’t want to just pump out cookie cutter junk for the sake of posting a video
You should do a video on what things you look for when you go buy a boat- seen your video on boat motors. But you should do one on boats- just a suggestion!
NEW SUB 100% also i currently have a tuggie stored away and I want to turn it into a boat I wrote down some of the materials you used but could you post a full list? TY!
@@bryannacolon8362 thank you 💯 and yea basically just filled it with pool noodles, great stuff expanding foam to fill the gaps, the transom was some sheet aluminum from Lowe’s and the bolts I forget the length honestly but they were half inch and lock washers and half inch nuts. 1/2” thick plywood screwed to the bottom with spray on flex seal on top then Closed cell foam insulation board on the bottom of the wood
your video is really helpful. I just had a question when looking for motors. What does it mean when a listing says the motor just needs adjustment on timing?
@@MikeJon-uf2sw it means don’t buy it if you don’t have much experience working on motors 😅 basically the timing of an engine refers to when the spark plugs fire. If they’re out of sync there’s a few things that need adjusted but the process can be complicated for a newbie. There’s no room for error, you need expensive tools like a timing light, it can be messy. Personal recommendation is to find a different one as timing issues on outboards are extremely rare
