36oz Flour AP or Cake
11oz sugar
13fl oz buttermilk
10 oz butter cut into small pieces
2.5 TBSP baking powder
1TBSP salt
1 cup chocolate chip
mix dry ingredients
rub in butter
add buttermilk mix lightly
cut into scones
bake at 350 convection for 18 to 20 minutes
