    Chef Frank Murphy and NBHS culinary arts prepares Irish Scones
    36oz Flour AP or Cake
    11oz sugar
    13fl oz buttermilk
    10 oz butter cut into small pieces
    2.5 TBSP baking powder
    1TBSP salt
    1 cup chocolate chip
    mix dry ingredients
    rub in butter
    add buttermilk mix lightly
    cut into scones
    bake at 350 convection for 18 to 20 minutes
