Issue with some of the DS reviews they rushed to complete it, this game if you rush you get punished, from something you could do in 5mins turns into 45min all because you rushed and made a mistake, which leads to frustration, This is why some reviews gave it a low score. They had a week to finish it and write a review for the embargo. Greg Miller said he rushed it to make the review on time and he regretted it cause he wish he could have taken his time cause he loved it

I noticed this, and I read online that it was only at certain Distro centers. That seems really odd though, surely they've paid for product placement.. that gets replaced half way through? I assumed... there deal expired and they patched it out with a software update.

The worst for me was an older review (one of the Tomb Raiders) with Other Joe as Lora Croft showing off his legs, which were very smooth for some reason.

At least those like Jacksepticeye read some of the interviews that interested him, but many don't even read the emails which some are just flavor but others contained details on deliveries and tips and locations of memory chips
If you played the game you'd know that if you hold them both, it'll be impossible to lose balance. HOWEVER! It's faster if you just hold them back and forth. The game is repetitive and you will lose patience. Especially when you're timed. It isn't a masterpiece because it isn't fun when all you do is walk back and forth without fucking up the cargo.

To me the online part was the most rewarding. Finding friends who help you and you help them and by the end youve built highways with them or you find their shelters and such
I always saw the Monster Energy thing as something negative against them. Out of all the beverages that have existed, THAT Monster Energy drink is the one that's so disgusting, it even survived the apocalypse. People drank up all the coffee and other Energy Drinks in the world, before even touching that one 🤷♂️

Personally my favourite game on the ps4 and one of my best games ever made. What an experience. And Holy shit that ending was powerful!!! Definitely not for everyone but I suggest you give it a try. You may end up liking it
I've never even played a single Kojima game before and I love this game, people say that Kojima's games are convoluted and weird, I guess this is the kind of game I like then. I've also watched some of the most enjoyable twitch streams ever, never seen chat more invested in the story and laughing more at people rolling down mountains and crashing vehicles.
Sincerely this must be one of my favourite channels. Even tough I don't watch a looooooooooot of videos Joe keeps his format the same. Very informative with few spoilers Much fun!
Not realyl weird... You deliver sjit and get shit and the game opens up. Kojima as done way more weird games, also Japanese people in general have done 100% more weird games then this masterpiece.
Try to imagine being one of Joe's neighbors. Every other week he has someone in a Cop, Cheerleader, or Baby (or worse) costume walking around the neighborhood, while someone else films it.

I love this game. I don't get why people think this is a walking simulator; I rode the motorcycle everywhere and delivered nearly every package with it. It was a lot of fun planning routes.
Same. I walked before I got the bike in the first area, then used the bike thereafter in the first area. After crossing the lake to the second area I stole a MULE truck and used that till it got destroyed, then stole a second one which I'm still using. Maybe there's a lot more walking later on, but I've also now got the powered legs so walking is quite fast, and I can build my own bikes.
And even “walking” is not just walking. I regularly used rope to go down steep slopes risk-free, and ladders are very important as well. Now I zip-line everywhere, but you can’t just rely on zip lines, or any one system of navigation.
It's a courier/rock climber/infrastructure simulator. Add in online play for joint efforts. Everyone works together to place down proper ladders, ropes, ziplines, etc... to make traversing easier and faster.
If only there were BTs, boss fights, battlefield fights, Mules, guns, bikes, and Speed Skeletons that you fucking morons never mention. Because you talk shit about games that you have never or will never play.

I’m in a strange spot because, not only do I love this game so much, but it’s now one of my top 5 favorite games of all time. Adored every aspect of the game
I absolutely loved this game. Yes, when you make it to the snow area is where it started to feel repetitive and get annoying. But the game overall was an absolute gorgeous game. You hear the music as you go to somewhere new and the soundtrack is just AMAZING. So you gotta like the small things more than you like the gameplay.
Yeah but at least in MGS3 it blended in so fine I didn’t even fuckin know it was a brand. Here Norman zooms in closely at monster energy, treats it like the fuckin holy grail like OH MY GOD THANK GOD FOR MY MONSTER ENERGY, and it’s just so blatantly out there. Calorie mates were so subtle. Didn’t even fuckin know what they were. Norman chugging some monster energy like it’s more important than water is just dumb.
This is my longest single player platinum took 235 hrs and enjoyed all of it yes some things became repetitive but i loved it and that my opinion some people didnt like it and that your opinion if you can get it on sale id say try it

Personally my favourite game on the ps4 and one of my best games ever made. What an experience. And Holy shit that ending was powerful!!! Definitely not for everyone but I suggest you give it a try. You may end up liking it

I've never even played a single Kojima game before and I love this game, people say that Kojima's games are convoluted and weird, I guess this is the kind of game I like then. I've also watched some of the most enjoyable twitch streams ever, never seen chat more invested in the story and laughing more at people rolling down mountains and crashing vehicles.

I love this game. I don't get why people think this is a walking simulator; I rode the motorcycle everywhere and delivered nearly every package with it. It was a lot of fun planning routes.
Same. I walked before I got the bike in the first area, then used the bike thereafter in the first area. After crossing the lake to the second area I stole a MULE truck and used that till it got destroyed, then stole a second one which I'm still using. Maybe there's a lot more walking later on, but I've also now got the powered legs so walking is quite fast, and I can build my own bikes.
I used the truck and bike.
And even “walking” is not just walking. I regularly used rope to go down steep slopes risk-free, and ladders are very important as well. Now I zip-line everywhere, but you can’t just rely on zip lines, or any one system of navigation.
It's a courier/rock climber/infrastructure simulator. Add in online play for joint efforts. Everyone works together to place down proper ladders, ropes, ziplines, etc... to make traversing easier and faster.
I loved surfing the floating carrier

I’m in a strange spot because, not only do I love this game so much, but it’s now one of my top 5 favorite games of all time. Adored every aspect of the game
I absolutely loved this game. Yes, when you make it to the snow area is where it started to feel repetitive and get annoying. But the game overall was an absolute gorgeous game. You hear the music as you go to somewhere new and the soundtrack is just AMAZING. So you gotta like the small things more than you like the gameplay.
I mean, kojima's been including brand name food in his games since calorie-mates in metal gear. So the monster isn't something too weird for kojima.

Calorie mates were so subtle. Didn’t even fuckin know what they were. Norman chugging some monster energy like it’s more important than water is just dumb.
