I had the same issue. I replaced radiator, hoses, thermostat, and water pump. Jad a air bubble in there. I let it run for a while with the radiator cap off slowly feeling it once it burped and coolant fell. After about 15 minutes, heater was hot again. Put cap on turned on ac and went for a drive. All was well.

As to Help to every one. My water pump has sprung a small leak bc they have factory plastic impellers. Your impeller looked good but it look like the seal is damaged at the top. And always flush and drain antifreeze from the drain plug then take a water hose and flush all the bad out. I wouldnt crank it. Unless collant was in the system. But the water pumps are a bad design.

Have you fully bled the air out of the system?

Hello , my commander if having the same issue and I’ll be replacing it next week . My question is if you found the issue after knowing the water pump wasn’t the problem so I can know in advance.

ok... Carefully check both rubber hoses from radiator both should be hot if one is cold it means it is not circulating.
I see only two possible problems. Air in the system or faulty Thermostat.

Also check if you put thermostat in the right way.
