Another great video! Never would've guessed a hero of legend would be hunting salmon roe like a bear. If you got 8 hours a night, you'd have had 64 hours of sleep, so you got about a third of what you needed. So, an in-universe time of about 10 days would make sense, given the extra sleep poor Uvindil missed out on lol.
Whole vid is good but I really enjoyed the cultists dodging and the soundtrack picks! For future Hardcore plays--using a flame cloak spell can keep you from getting to many health debuffs in the cold. Legendary Edition doesn't make it clear that you can do that, but I've had a lot more fun with Hardcore since I found out.

That's an interesting run. As for beating your time, I think it can be done when all food is bought instead of its ingredients collected. Other than that, I think you did it solid.
Mods that would have made this run a bit easier: Starfrost - A Survival Overhaul and Journeyman - A Fast Travel both by SimonMagus. Starfrost makes Survival Mode more tolerable, and Journeyman allows you to fast travel in Survival Mode should you have a Travel Pack in your inventory. Though, of course, the time scaling of fast travel might actually make your final in-universe time later than you actually achieved.
Thats great and all but i think its unrealistic the fact that the dragonborn is constantly running everywhere, at least indoor and in towns and villages he would walk normally and would mainly stick by the road instead of using a shortcut through the wilderness
the sound getting shorter every time the cultists come into view is peak comedy.

I learned about the salmon roe, nordic barnical, and garlic recipe from Major Slack. Darn shame he is giving skyrim a break, but it's understandable.
The healing potion is from a nearby wall, it sometimes falls through the map and re-enters right there.
Apparently solitude has a lot of healing potions just lying around in places, I think it's an Easter egg of some sort.

Also, are you going to do the same challenge for the DLCs and other quests? That'd be so much fun!
