Tulsa Police trying to identify person of interest in Grand Larceny

We're trying to identify the vehicle and the person seen in the video/photos below.
On 8/2/21 around 4:45 p.m., a grand larceny occurred at Boulder Towers near 15th and S. boulder.
The car appears to be a Saturn. A high-end laptop was taken from a business inside the tower.
Anyone with information about the car or person in the video, or the incident itself, is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling.

looks like a Saturn SC1 to me. maybe a Pontiac or Chevy Cavalier. early to mid 2000s
