    So much common sense and informed viewpoints in Gray's presentations. So very refreshing for someone to be cutting through all of the conspiracy theories and sensationalism crap. So much ridiculous conjecture and irrelevant content that's so devoid of any facts. Thank you Gray for what you do !

      Same! The other channels I feel like even if they had him on video completing the crime they would say no he didn’t do it! I was wondering if it is normal in this type of case to try and get the indictment dismissed like Anne Taylor is doing?

      Other channels are still talking about Jack,the ex boyfriend and the other Jack, hoodie guy being involved. So ridiculous. The worst theory is when the roomates are being accused by youtubers. I also think Anne Taylor shouldn't be wasting the courts time and delaying the trial with all these senseless motions. Let's get on with the trial so families can see some justice

    For an "off the cuff"... that was a great presentation!! Remember that there are 300k apps that track your phone with the accuracy of an ankle monitor - Life360 being one. So if some have problems understanding how that is BK's car... his phone will mirror the route of the car. Wondering if he never saw this coming back in the summer of 2022 when he first started visiting the area and stalking (probably) Maddie. He never turned his phone off then. Maybe he was obsessed, or maybe figuring out a way to talk to her. Somehow things escalated in his mind - frustration, anger, resentment. I think the situation at WSU and his apparent demise there had a ton to do with pushing him over the edge. His life was basically over, in his mind. He failed at being security, or a cop... and now he was failing the only way to get back at everyone for rejecting him - attaining a PhD.

    • @shineonyoucrazydanielle
      @shineonyoucrazydanielle 10 місяців тому +2

      yea his life was basically over just like alex murdaugh....ended up with his 'back against the wall' and they acted out in a heinous violent manner....it's weird bc bk's specialization or concentration is suppose to be some kind of tech or cloud forensics....within the criminal justice field...🤦‍♀🤦‍♂🤦

    Another great video in the series, Gray. I tend to agree with you about Kohberger emulating aspects of Bundy's travels and actions. It's strange how both Bundy and Kohberger were pulled over by law enforcement several times for erratic driving too. Suspect vehicle 1 ( Kohberger's white Elantra ), Kohberger's phone and Kohberger himself, all move in tandem to several of Bundy's haunts directly following the murders and there is also the initial move from Pennsylvania to Washington as you point out. I think that is a very viable theory. It appears there were times Kohberger could lay on the Bundy charm too, though as you say he wasn't generally the charismatic, handsome killer Bundy was known as. Kohberger does behave as an incel like Elliott Rodgers and I suspect it was very likely Kohberger behind the Papa Rodger account. There is so much damning evidence we know of in this case that points directly to Kohberger's guilt, it is increasingly difficult to understand how so many people believe him innocent. It's concerning. Hopefully the jury have basic common sense and a brutal quadruple murderer is taken off the streets for good. Thanks Gray.

      Honestly, from the evidence that we (the public) have been provided, there are many doubts. This video was done well and makes sense and makes one believe that this is what happened, but there are also many questions that aren't factual. Can they prove it was his car? Or just a car that looks like his (white 4 door sedan). Can they prove it was him inside a car or was a license plate seen? What other cars were seen on those cameras (the cops in the same vicinity at the same time were using a white 4 door sedan). A knife sheath that's put on a belt is extremely difficult to remove (buy one and try it). There's hundreds of people that party in that house per week, what about all that DNA from those individuals? Cell phone triangulation is very unreliable, especially in more rural areas. These pings can put someone 3 - 5 miles from where someone thinks they are, Moscow Idaho is only 3 miles across and only 6 miles from Pullman Washington. If there are applications on his phone that recorded his GPS movements, that's WAY more accurate (within feet) than a cell phone tower ping. To me, the DNA on a sheath button found without another source of DNA in the house or on the victims is sketchy as heck. Many questions are left unanswered because of this gag order. I hope that BK is the right person but so far it's been tough for me to agree that it's him. 🤷. Guess we'll have to hear the other evidence

  • @raheppe
    @raheppe 10 місяців тому +5

    I won't be surprised (if they do have a trial) that we learn that he drove this exact route many times in the days and weeks leading up to the murder, that he honed this route, practiced it, made sure he knew every single step he would take after the murders to make sure it was 'safe' for him to get away clean. That is why he chose the time that he did, etc. He had to be able to get away when campus police and local police had decided to relax a bit for the night, and that happens after 3am. I think he knew which intersections were most likely to have a police cruiser watching traffic, etc. And that he practiced the entire crime many times, probably even walking up to the building and back to his car to see if anyone would be alarmed, if they'd notice him. If he is noticed, he abandons the plan and gives a story. If not, he knows he can get in and out and he knows how long that takes precisely. That is what an intelligent killer would do, this man is not a dummy.

    • @jettacaldwell
      @jettacaldwell 10 місяців тому

      @@juniperrob4741 I disagree , he took this exact same route twice that we know of . He strategically turned his phone off and then back on when he was outside the range , he knew police would’ve considered in investigative range. And he wanted to be sure if he was seen , he was not seen coming from Moscow but coming from south of Pullman . One main mistake made was he should have turned phone off BEFORE he left his apartment , not after starting his trip . They would think he was at home ..,imo

    • @raheppe
      @raheppe 10 місяців тому

      @@juniperrob4741 Well, I strongly disagree and since you didn't provide much besides stating that you disagree, I suppose we are sort of at a stalemate here. In an attempt to move you, I'd ask you to be more specific. I don't think it is erratic at all. I have smoked marijuana for years, I used to drive around and smoke it. A lot fo my friends did. 'Doobie cruise'. We knew which intersections, etc. were the busiest, where cops like to post up, which roads to take to avoid those, and that route would seem erratic, but it was not. And if you mapped it out, it would seem we were driving without purpose, but that was not true. Since he was breaking the law, since I already stated what i did, did you even consider my point before disagreeing? I don't think that you did at all, or maybe I didn't communicate my point very well. I think he drove this exact route many, many, many times. I do, you have not refuted my logic.

    • @raheppe
      @raheppe 10 місяців тому

      @@juniperrob4741 Nothing about this killing was random, or even implied to be random. It is considered very calculated, that they were lucky to catch a break to their suspect. That if it is not him, that they are truly clueless. Why wouldn't the escape route also be calculated!?!? You really think he did this, if he did, without a trial run? Yet, was so efficient? C'mon man. Of course he considered the route that was the cleanest get away. Of course he did, and of course he practiced it. Safe assumption, dude. It really is.

    • @raheppe

I think there is enough evidence without saving the house. Its almost like the more you have in a case the more they need (as far as evidence is concerned )to prove that someone is guilty. It's like people (jurys) want to be able to put it together a little bit themselves.. if you give them everything on a silver platter that's when the conspiracies start. Its hard to describe but anyways you are the best at this and really all I care to watch anymore..

    Well straight up and no confusion, i think BK is 100% GUILTY and thats never wavered. From the moment he was arrested, when they showed his picture and i could reserarch him, everything pointed to him and that feeling ive had in tbe past in other cases, without a doubt, i believe they have the right guy. And as more and more information came out, nothing has given me doubt, the evidence continues to stack up. But put the forensic evidence aside, the circumstantial evidence on top of criminal profile of this killer, it all continues to match up perfectly. Essentially, he is the perfect suspect. EVERYTHING points to him. I do not understand how some people are denying the obvious. I think some people just like to debate and create doubt because they can....but he still the killer and i haveno problem pointing to him and calling him the killer. What does piss me off though is the smug look BK gets on his face whenever he walks into the courtroom; i did this but im going to get away with it because im so much smarter than all of you, im untouchable. Lets leave him in the room with Steve Concalves and call it a day.

    What is interesting to me is that Maddie didnt receive nearly the amount of injury/ wounds as the other 3 victims. To me, that seems to suggest that she never quite woke up during the attack. This also seems to indicate that the person who committed these crimes was not so much acting out of rage as perhaps reacting to 3 potential witnesses or defending himself- perhaps panicking, thus over reacting. He may not have intended to kill the remaining 3 victims. All that said, perhaps the killer was provoked by reason, not fantasy.

    I’m baffled by his shear confidence in the fact that there wasn’t a security alarm set on the house. Had he been inside the home before during a party and was able to look around to survey if there was an alarm system in place? I wish there would have been some barriers in place to prevent him from getting inside so easily without making any noise, alerting anyone inside. Please take this as a wake up call. A group of young people (esp girls) living close to any college campus or university needs to be protected with home security systems in place and being used. You just never know when there may be a Kohlberger lurking in the dark.

  • @gothicbagheera

    The main thing a lot of people that think BK is guilty is that he has to be proven "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt." He can be 100% guilty, and everyone could know it, but if his attorneys are somehow able to miraculous show there is a reasonable alternative to the murders where someone other than BK committed them, regardless of how much everyone knows he did it, legally he has to be found not guilty. Right now, only having a small amount of evidence that the prosecution has, along with a lot of circumstantial evidence, saying he's guilty and not understanding how anyone can say he's not guilty, is to me unfathomable. If there was more evidence that had been made public that led to the belief BK was anything other than not guilty, I could understand, but there's way to much hearsay evidence and not enough known solid evidence to rationally jump to that conclusion.
    I personally think he's guilty, but I won't say there's no way he can be found not guilty without knowing all the evidence against him.
