"If one of us is a moron, we're all morons" - Miami's Coaching Staff, 2023
Miamis coaching staff is effed up
@@christophercota2862Says the guy who’s Coach went for it on 4th down and gifted Washington the go ahead TD
Hire Ed reed and ray Lewis please y’all deserve better
Didn't Miami do something just as stupid like fumbling the ball instead of kneeling
@@reaper-xg9xf Yes
Dumbest thing a Miami coach has done in....
One week.
Wow it’s been that long? Must be some kind of record.
@@abysslight24900-Days without looking like an idiot. New Miami Record!!
wait til next week...hehehee
Lol.
🤣 🤣 🤣
That’s one of the dumbest things you can do as a coach. You just cost your defense points and hurt your team.
I’ve seen Miami coaches make way worse mistakes
how come the refs didn't accept his timeout?
@@dannydevito5729Like calling running plays as opposed to kneeling out the clock lol
He would not have walked THAT DEEP onto the field if he didn't think a "Time Out" was granted. Guidry wasn't yelling at the Referees , he was yelling at his players. That's why Cristobal was questioning why a Time Out wasn't granted. Ridiculous. 3 "Unsportsmanlike Conducts" called in North Carolina Stadium. Clearly the Referees were trying to RIG this one. Miami Dominated the Whole 1st half even with the turnovers & Unsportsmanlike conduct calls. I mean ONLY the University ot Miami would be called for B.S. like that. The RULES were created by the NCAA in the 1980's because of the University of Miami. LMAO.
@@adamforman606Yeah, clearly the refs were in UNC’s pocket. That’s why they called 14 penalties on them for 140 yards. Keep coping, buddy.
"what is he doing?" 🤣🤣🤣
This has gotta be the worst Miami coaching blunder this year, can't think of any others!
ohhh,maybe couple,,waittil next week
Did you not watch last week's game? 😂😂😂

@@junioralfa3628They are obviously joking.

the "getback, coach" guy needs his own "go get coach" guy.
Funniest comment I’ve heard in weeks! 😂😂😂
HC: “Guys, after last week’s debacle, I’m worried about my job. I need you guys to make them forget what I did”
Assistant: “I got you boss, say no more”
He was begging for a timeout for too many men on the field, only to get a flag for the same thing lmao.
Even if true, which I doubt, the coach can't come on to the field to do it. There are TWO officials on the sideline, either of which can shut the play down for a timeout. Crews don't have a problem with coaches coming down the sideline to call TOs, but coming on the field is a big no-no. Additionally, most teams have their own "rules" where only the head coaches call timeouts. They tell the officials that prior to the game. The most benign explanation here is that he thought the TO had already been granted, but it hadn't.
@@scott1564Damn! That was exceptionally well put!
@@scott1564 Listen MORON. Use your BRAIN ! Guidry didn't walk that far out onto the field because he was" taunting" the Officials. He walked that far out becuase HE THOUGHT a "Time Out" was granted and was yelling at his players. He thought the play was dead. The Coaching STAFF was BEGGING for a Time Out and the Officials didn't either SEE IT or GRANT IT. Cristobal was questioning the Officials on the Sideline as to why the Time Out wasn't granted ! I gaurantee you will hear that from BOTH Guidry & Cristobal on the Post - Game Press Conference. I mean C'mon dude. NO COACH is walking that far onto the field unless they thought the Time Out was granted in that Situation. Smh....
He was also doing this while the refs were letting Miami change out whoever they wanted.
Not what he was flagged for. he was flagged for being on the field of play while the game was live.
Miami's coaches seem to be making a habit of screwing over their own players.
Miami is the definition of shooting themselves in the foot
Last week costed them the game. This time their mistake costed them a td
Or knee ;)
With all the criminals on their team that makes sense
Seven days since last acciden.......zero days since last accident
Miami doing stupid things for the 2nd straight week
This coaching staff will be fired after this season.
They should.
No they won't.
Cheeseburger.
0% chance, mario signed a contract for 80 million dollars. They will have him for another 5-6 years minimum NO ONE is ponying up that buyout money. Miami has the worst administration there is, and these morons totally screwed themselves.
I feel bad for the Miami players, they have to play against the other team and their own coaches
I LOVE that you kept in how the cameraman immediately pointed it at the idiot after NC scored! LOL!
"His first of the game."
I'm dying.
He's trying to one up the head coach's blunder from last week🤣
The coach's expression is that of a kid who got caught doing something he shouldn't have been doing, then whimpers and whines that he wasn't actually doing what you just caught him doing.
Miami proves again this year that no matter the talent on the field, stupidity in the coaching ranks will keep them being losers.
Based on recent events, I think Miami's coaching staff might look different next year.
Why wait?
No they won't.
I can’t imagine why🤣🤦🏻♀️
Shit, hire me, I can get paid millions of dollars to not kneel the ball and run onto the field
"Florida Man" strikes again!
It’s very rare for a non player to get a penalty in football
thanks captain obvious
It happened to Tennessee’s coach Heupel last year.
Unsportsmanlike conduct has been called on crowd/band once or twice in the past. Earlier this week the PA guy could have gotten one for blasting music if it wasn't for one long ref speech. Coach interference also has happened when they stepped into field of play, or even what about the dozens of premature field storms that lead to excessive celebration penalties on non-players?
Rare? Maybe, Very rare? No.
It's rare because most coaches are adults.
@@bigman8477hey in his defense…, Miami is known for ignorance for no reason. 😂😂😂

Can the Miami season get any weirder with the coaching mistakes?
It looked like the Assistant Coach was trying to distract the official to give his players a few seconds more to get off of the field.
It's Miami.....what did you expect 😳!
undisciplined coaches + undisciplined players = Miami
The Ride has really hit a couple of potholes (more like craters) in the last 8 days, WOW. I like Mario Cristobal but man the way this team shoots itself in the foot is something.
Coach has an NIL deal that involves screen time
“At Miami we don’t rebuild we reload” lol 😂
stupidity runs deep in this coaching staff. You had the biggest, I'm smarter than every other person in the world move by Cristobal last week and this week you have another coach that don't believe the rules apply to him.
Doofus. Nothing's more embarrassing than the coaches ruining the defense's chances to make a stop and gifting the offense free points.
Boy there's just something about that Florida water
I’ve never been accused of being a genius… but the shortest distance between two points is a straight line… dude ran 20 yards behind the line of scrimmage before he got off the field… SMH
“I want some attention…. What can I do… hmmm….”
Dudes got passion
That’s nice of Miami to teach these kids the life lesson of your supervisor will make your job harder....
What part about staying off the field was so hard to understand. Everyone knows that since pop warner leagues?
Anyone want to bet on what next week's mindless Miami coach blunder will be? I've got sprinting across the field and body slamming the opposing coach at 300:1 odds.
I think it's hilarious to see coaches faces when they get penalized... they preach at their players to be smart, no stupid penalties, chew them out for it..then go out and do just that is priceless to just see the embarrassment in their own hypocrisy strike all over their face lol.
You know, as an Oregon fan.....cant say im feeling too devastated seeing Miami experience all of these issues this season 😂
Considering that Miami DC Lance Guidry has been arrested 3 different times for DUI, perhaps he thought one person on the field was a bartender, and he was demanding another drink?
Lush....
Someone needs to remind him that "too many men on the field" includes coaches....
Next video “ND ruins Caleb William’s season”
It’s a shame. Miami has a great team. These coaches aren’t doing the players any favors.
Lol wonder if he was the same coach that decided they were going to run the ball instead of kneeling it last week
lol usually its a player that fumbled, threw an interception, or committed a penalty that gets the post touchdown "this is the person that fucked up" cam. Well deserved for it to be on the coach.
But, did it lead to the subsequent 3 TDs?
Nobody's missing Cristobal in Eugene.
What is up with their program being so undisciplined? They routinely squander their talent with penalties, players, coaches, staff, all of them. They’re such a self destructive program.
Im so fucking tired of this team wasting my saturdays . Thanks willis mcgahee for making a miami fan
Is this the same guy who had them lose last week??
This is defense coach. Last week was offense coach (RB fumbled).
All acc teams can’t have 150 year old coaches that are absolutely adored by the powers that be.
Ikr? And all ACC teams also can’t have a coaching staff with the football IQ of a wet mop. 🤣
I was waiting for this post another blunder by Miami’s coaching staff😂😂😂. For all the Miami fans that’s been talking crap about my gators shut the hell up and I get not all of you have talked crap but those that have your right to talk is done. Go Gators🐊🐊🐊
Where's that Florida South Carolina ending upload???
I still don't understand why he did this. The ref was clearly over the ball allowing Miami to sub however they needed. You just can't lose your $h1t as a coach and cost your team like that.
At least its not the bad teams causing Miami to lose anymore 😅
Remember those bad Al Golden/Randy Shannon/Larry Scott/Mark Richt-Manny Diaz teams? This is kinda of refreshing in a weird way.
Coach is gonna be running laps on monday...
“wHaT iS hE DoInG!!?”
I guess Gattis wasnt as bad as many thought. TVD was the problem!
Oh BS! The refs are supposed to be paying attention and virtually ignored him when he was trying to call timeout. what did you expect him to do, sit idly by and do nothing. The only thing he should’ve done differently is go to the line judge instead of running out on the field trying to get the referees attention.
all these comments ragging on this guy is just typical sheep. He had been screaming for a timeout for 10 seconds on the sidelines only to be ignored
Maimi coaching is a treasure trove
After physiology a vast swath of life is taken up by judging, being judged, and getting prepared for being judged in the mating competition” - not the game
In the first 14 seconds of the clip, if you look at the bottom right of the screen, you’ll notice that north Carolina’s coaching staff is also standing in front of the sideline
None of them were way out past the numbers onto the ACC logo.
@@nachobroryan8824 I’m not defending the Miami coaches, I’m just saying that they were also at fault in that situation, probably something you can blame on the refs b/c everyone probably did think a timeout was called
Interesting coaching staff at Miami of Florida.
guidry coached my alma's football team to a 2010 MAC championship over NIU and then bowl win over MTSU. to hell with these announcers all up on their soapbox. they dont know what he thought. for all we know, he thought they apparently deaf referees had called a timeout oh, because i dont know, he had been screaming it at the top of his lungs,
This cannot even be real 😂. Miami shouldn’t have a football team at this point
If there ever was an entire coaching staff to get fired at the end of the season, it’s this one. I’m sure they’ll be no excuses by anyone. Even the coaches’ families know.
He’s like “Damnit, I’ll show them how defense is done”
He is going to to be on a short leash with the head coach… oh wait a minute maybe not.
Pretty much when the momentum switched…hell of a job coach.
The same team that decided not to kneel down with like 30 seconds to go, and lost to Ga Tech? Daaaaaammmnnnn
This is a really bad look for Cristobal and his staff. But are coaches not allowed to walk out onto the field? Do they have a limit to how far they can walk out? I’m not sure exactly what the rule is.
What was the assistant coach thinking? He should've called a timeout after this play ended with a down or touchdown.
It wouldn't have mattered if the other team had hiked the ball-same penalty, so he wasn't really the bad guy here. And he had called a timeout anyway, so the officials actually screwed this up, not him. Everybody chill the fck out.
@@repealthepatriotactnah, he fucked up and Miami should have been given a delay of game for this whole debacle. Yes, you have a right to substitute, but if you are fucking around in the process, you deserve a penalty.
@@troybaxter so when he's calling for a timeout and the officials are just looking at him and waiting for the play to start so they can throw a flag for 12 men on the field... what would you suggest? Maybe he should have ran to the locker room and tried calling a timeout?
@@alanparks3402 maybe wait for the ref to acknowledge you called a timeout or get the head coach to do it. It's not like UNC can snap the ball while you are subbing.
Miami could be 6-0 if there coaches were not sabatoging them. If I was a top player, I would jump into the portal next year.
Hard to believe the head coach of this total mess of a team makes $8 Million a year.
Sean Payton-like, though different scenario.
The umpire had no business delaying the potential snap so that one team could get subs in/out to begin with! Miami was already getting preferential treatment.
That’s actually proper according to the rules. UNC had already substituted, and by rule, the defense is given an opportunity to match so that offenses can’t make changes and then snap the ball before the defense get an opportunity to respond.
Kinda hard to want your team to be mature and smart young men when one of your coaches is acting like that
Miami collapsing before us
I'm sorry for M. Irvin et al. 'The U' (even when Clemson has a down year in the ACC) can't get out of it's own way.
How are Safeties looking like they aren't part of the Defense...
It wouldn't have mattered if the other team had hiked the ball-same penalty, so he wasn't really the bad guy here. And he had called a timeout anyway, so the officials actually screwed this up, not him. Everybody chill the fck out.
They couldn't snap the ball until Miami finished subbing.
It's not a timeout until the referee says it is one. They have the power, not the coach.
The Miami coaches did AGAIN.
No, announcer, he was yelling towards either the offense or the officials.
Alright team huddle up before the game, your coaches here at Miami are committed to doing more than just teach you sports. Following up on last weeks lesson we are reinforcing the F Around and Find Out lesson when you test the boundries of simple logic and authority figures. We hope this lesson serves you well in your future work endevours as we have done everything we can to ensure Pro Football scouts don't see any tape of you because we coaches are in all the highlight films not you.
Go team!
Entire Miami coaching staff should be fired today . 2 weeks in a row--- stupid coaching.
Clown show. If I was one of his players I wouldn't speak to him for the rest of the season.
I’m absolutely done hearing about Miami, Texas A&M, Tennessee, and this season especially, Colorado. Aside from the latter, somehow, those teams always get hype for some god awful reason without having done anything meaningful. And Colorado…don’t mention them again this season…overhyped, and finally what I knew would be irrelevant, trash
"All sizzle, no steak" is a motto for the many teams in organized spectator sports in general. Losers get famous, winners don't. Ironic that the closer football comes to being a meritocracy, the farther away from the goal it actually is.
Miami seems like a team with great players, and horrible coaches.
Lance Guidry is a guy that looks like he would get arrested for DUI or domestic abuse on his wife.
