I want to give you extra points for the beautiful Yiruma music, and the sky and garden footage. I enjoyed the torch cutting, and the final assembly ended well. But, I would have liked more care on the joints: cleanness and joint preparation, full thickness welding (not leaving the joint's root hollow inside or poorly fused), and do not abuse of overlapping plates and welding mainly only on the perimeter (and I don't mean the hardening layers). I could be wrong, but I think that's what I've seen. I have to admit that I was expecting more from a Japanese... but at the same time, I have to admit that I enjoyed it. Thank you for your interest in the video. The wires used for surface hardfacing are the same as those used for other welding. However, there is a hard hardening wire around the three lower nails where the most force is applied.
I don't know what he said in his closed caption if you see how all the lines of hard surfacing are straight that's because the hard surfacing down here in the United States is incorrect a piece of equipment that is going to be refurbished over and over you will see hard servicing lines going straight because it doesn't build up heat and form cracks

Интересная работа. Швы, которые положены сверху на сталь, применены для усиления, чтобы снизить истирание стали? Никогда не видел наплавку такого материала полуавтоматом, у нас чаще применяется штучный электрод. И небольшое пожелание - купите сварочную маску с вентиляцией, при вашей работе вдыхание этих газов очень вредно.
@@mrnobody1897 наплавку ведут тем, что у нас называют сормайтом, при помощи газовой сварки, а также применяя электрод Т-590 или Т-610 для ручной дуговой наплавки. А вот он делал наплавку полуавтоматической сваркой проволокой. Такой материал мне незнаком.
An worn down bucket and claw can be replaced but it's too expensive buy one so this guy had to cut, rebuild, and restore the bucket and claw's true power after being used so many times

アーク溶接棒と溶断棒を使って、全部屋外で、素手とサンダル履きで同じような作業をこなしてしまうから驚く😱
過積載過ぎて折れたトラックのホーシングやフレームやホイールまでも、全部アーク溶接と溶断棒と鉄板で、強化品に作り変えてしまう😱
挙句に、折れたクランクシャフトを溶接で繋いだり、ブローして穴の空いたエンジンブロックも溶接で直してしまうとんでも無さ😱

考えながら作らなければならない場合は構想が纏まるまで思う様に作業が進まないので、大変ですね。
