My highlights of this delta green series: 1. the comedy. Even if not part of the universe, but just a "what if" tangent was great. 2. the real world rules and seriousness. Where players are on the backfoot, deer in the headlights, facing authority figures, and all the people in the room are looking at you in shame or disgust. The opposite of a power fantasy and escapism.
Just listened to this season and I am on the VERGE of subscribing because I want to hear MORE. This season was really good and had me laughing and snorting out loud at work. I have never had a Patreon subscription but you guys are amazing and Delta Green is so much fun to listen to.
As great a GM as Troy is (and he's amazing)... He is at the top of his game as a player trying to crack up the rest of the table! Whether its Rhapsody, The Colonel, Randolph the Great or the amazing Roger Cumstone (not to mention the others), Troy is always at the top of his game and only one spoken line away from the table being in tears of laughter!
This was an awesome season, and a great game. Thanks so much for this. I want Troy's shirt so bad. Roger was not perfect for delta green, but no character is supposed to be! That is part of the game. Humor also cuts the tension very well, and that is needed in horror. It was probably a little too much humor for a true horror vibe, but screw that, I LOVED this season. Season 3 just dropped, I am looking forward for more. Please keep making Delta Green content!
I couldn't handle GMing with Cumstone, interesting that Joe likes him. Troy's Cumstone is responsible for some of the funniest moments, but he also derails the game
Given that Troy gms quite a bit I was happy to see him cut loose as a character. I am sure it was a challenge to DM around at times but I don't know if I would have had laughed nearly as much without him.

“It’s worse than that, he’s still alive” had me lolling at the gym.

Oh, that's great! Acquired and listening to Grant's intro for S3 of DG!
I absolutely love Delta Green.
It's always such a treat to have Syd around. One of the best thing that happened to my beloved GCP in recent history.
WOOHOO! Great job Joe and I can't wait to see what Grant is bringing to the table

It's funny watching this in hindsight knowing that Roger Cumstone would have been PERFECT for Grants season of Get In The Trunk
Joe as a GM is my favourite Joe!
Anyone know what the name of the module was for this season? Victim of the arts?
I can only find season 4, are seasons 1-3 on a subscription only plan?
Yeah, they’re on patreon
They are on Spotify too
Roger Cumstone is the single greatest character among a plethora of incredibly funny characters Headly Naran close second.
I guess the real question is would a Cumstone character piss off Troy if he were the GM.
Almost certainly
I don't think so. He's had to deal with Baron for over 5 years. There's not worse than that
Why is Sydney in a cage?
I need that shirt!
If you guys aren’t listening Delta green on Patreon you are missing out!
