Nice to see more content from you, especially Delta Green.
I've been waiting for this, but now I wish I caught up on all the games already up on UA-cam!
I've been waiting for this one! Thinking of running IL next.
You should!
Just like everyone else has said… I’ve been waiting for this!
As a new handler I thank you for this along with your other videos. This system is criminally underrepresented on UA-cam. I have begun with inducting unknowing players with Future Perfect, and they're sent by the FBI without being associated with Delta Green. They were thrilled with the first session I ran and are excited to continue. I wanted to say thanks for helping me prepare!
Glad you're enjoying it all.
Been playing this campaign with my DG group and we love it .. it’s truly epic !
Thanks for this in-depth look. I think The Yellow King makes for a great DG villain…but you have to research the background to run it. I think you made a wise decision to break up this review into 4 parts.
Yeah, part two covers all of that.
I don't think I've ever seen a campaign really nail surreal horror, or the idea that looking further than necessary into eldritch things is a bad idea (in the context of an investigative RPG!), better than this campaign.
did i just get cursed???
Tell me, have you seen the Yellow Sign?
I originally picked up this book to use as inspiration and ideas for running a King in Yellow campaign in a completely different system and setting. After reading it, I now want to pick up the Delta Green core books and play it as is. Amazing book. Also, the Corruption mechanic is brilliant.
Me and my gaming group made it through book 3 of Strange Aeons in Pathfinder and I picked this up for inspiration and now we’re halfway through the first operation and not stopping.
Please tell us about your Delta Green characters. Are they based on characters from your other RPGs or did you roll up completely new operatives? This campaign sounds seriously deadly and I think I will roll up new agents before I start it ☠️
I love your reviews and your channel is criminally underrated! 5k? You should have 5mil!
That's very kind, but whatever will be, will be.
I've been waiting for this :)
Fantastic video, I'm prepping to run this and eager to see the rest of your videos!
The next two in the series (The King in Yellow and The Night Floors) are available to Patrons and UA-cam channel members. I will be releasing the rest when I have finished running the campaign.
@@BudsRPGreview ooh that's a good sell for the Patreon, I'll take a look later! Are you planning on releasing the rest of the series on Patreon "soon" too?
@@danielswan2850 I will be working on A Volume of Secret Faces when I have finished running the chapter. Parts two and three are 50m and 76m respectively in length. I imagine part four will be bigger than those as well. When I have finished the campaign and my Patrons have had them, I will be releasing them all to my channel - but that could be many months away.
Fuck, I don't want to spoil it yet!
Trust me - you do NOT want to spoil this for yourself. Ask Alex how much fun we're having.
@@BudsRPGreview he tells me all the time!
brilliant... can't wait for the other 5
Good something to easy excistential dread in 3 am
Have you seen the yellow sign?!
ow yeah!
Yes!!!
I wish the book would come out in my country so I can pick up the physical copy. I have a mighty need.
The Sign?.........
I have watched this several times, it keeps changing..... .
What sign?
San roll.... darn it... (Silent scream)
Bud, have you ever seen a 1981 film called Possession? I saw it the other day and it put me mind of an art horror by way of delta green.
Sorry, no.
Check out the 2020 horror movie “The Empty Man”. That will definitely put you in the mood for a DG or modern Call of Cthulhu campaign! 😲
Great review. Oh by the way, I was thinking... Have you seen the Yellow Sign?
[REDACTED]
Hey Bud! Love your Impossible Landscapes review videos! Do you think running the campaign with 5 players is too much? Ran some DG last summer with two different groups and some players from each group have lost interest so I want to combine the groups (they all know each other) to have 5 players for Impossible Landscapes. Is this doable you think?
I’ve actually spoke to Dennis Detwiller about this and has ran it multiple times and found 3-4 to be optimum. I have no doubt that five would be fine though.
@@BudsRPGreview Thanks for the response Bud! How different was each time you ran it? Did you find players had relatively similar responses to the events in IL or no?
@@benjohnson472 I’m currently running it for the first time. We’ve just started chapter three.
Good video
Glad you enjoyed
more vids!
Have you seen it?
More than you can imagine.
Weird...soon as the video got to 9:17 I seemed to have lost a couple hours of personal time. Anybody else got that?
Tell me, have you seen it?

Where are the other parts?
Patron/UA-cam channel members only until I’ve finished the series.
Bud, it would have been hilarious if you did this review by not moving your hands or talking. Just a silent video. I would have questioned my sanity even more.
I mean... yeah - but it wouldn't have been very informative.
Please mix Delta Green reviews with third party D&D and Warhammer 40k/Fantasy Battles reviews
I don't do WH40K or Fantasy Battles, and to be honest, I don't do much 1st party D&D, never mind 3rd.
@@BudsRPGreview owww
Even WHFRP?
@@easterbunny3850 Oh I do WFRP yes. I have just started The Enemy Within for my Patrons/UA-cam members.
