Not really, 105 is just an entry level mid segment Groupset, you can even race with Tourney, for road racing your training and your techniques matters more than any Groupset, as I have seen people with Ultegra loosing with guys who have Sora or tiagra
What would recommend a regular mtb/hybrid rider who wants to switch to a road bike with endurance as the main goal and not race ? ..Rc 500 , rc 530 , strattos 5 vs strattos 3 ? Or any other options
I have a Strattos S5 Disc version, the bike is superfast, comfortable and definitely race worthy components. RC500 and RC530 is good but on the heavier side, I mean the overall bike is heavy. If you need a lightweight roadie, go for Strattos S5, if you need a endurance oriented geometry and weight doesn't bother you, go with RC530
Polygon frames though marketed as Endurance frame are not true. They have a aggressive frame which you'll understand upon reading the frame geometry numbers. Not ideal for beginners
Please tell me how safe is it to use a gopro in one hand and bike from another? It's a massive safety hazard, imagine loosing balance and going straight into a running car. Next what? Car owner gets blamed. Police should should take strict action against this. If you want to vlog, use a chest mount.
My life is more precious than a video for UA-cam, I take more and full precautions while shooting anything. Being a cyclists I'm more prone to Dangerous Motorcyclists or car owners who ride without following the proper lane.

No, this is a faster ride purpose roadie so it has 25c tires. Frame may/may not support 28C but fork won't support
