I'm reading either or's in the comments. Jurors come in with their own opinions and biases, no way around it, especially in cases of this magnitude. Prosecutors and defense teams play games, mostly for the "win" and probably could careless about the details. And then there is the likes of Ito. All of this adds up to justice or does it?
