thank you for talking about ED❤, i’m recovering from AN and i’m struggling so so much rn; I feel really uncomfortable in my body, i don’t recognize myself in this body but your words are helping so much because i can’t recover from my intrusive thoughts BUT you are truly amazing, pure and i’m glad you exist❤❤

It’s hard to believe this to be true when we have all these negative thoughts, but those things are true, no matter what you think about yourself, they are truth.
Now you just have to carve your way back to this truth on a soul level.
It takes time but work towards it

That course is an amazing idea! I hope you commit wholeheartedly to it. The thing missing in my recovery which i am now exploring is the spiritual aspects to myself and my recovery. I know its the way forward for me so i will definitely be purchasing that from you!

5:36 I also thought i would not be good at fermenting bread, but i've recently started dabbling with sourdough recipes after i made my first successful sourdough bread for my newest video about opening up my own little vegan cafe, and i have to say it takes time but so much fun

I totally understand this my love! On my healing journey I could intellectually understand why and what I had to do to heal, but on a soul level I didn’t feel worthy. It’s building that self worth and acceptance through my connection with the divine that let my soul free✨🧚🏼♀️🌞💛
