Orianthi and 15 year old Megan Steiner dual guitars on the classic Stones song with the wonderful School of Rock All Girls band with the amazing vocals of Darla Beaux and Lili Rose McKay, Courtney Moody on Percussion,Lulu on Keys, Jade Fink on drums and Genessa Gariano on bass! I think the two girls singing make this song. The one playing guitar and singing is like Mick, while the pig tails is like Merry Clayton. They complement each other.
Close your eyes and listen carefully. Don't be influenced by the fantastic visuals. This is an absolutely stunning cover of a fantastic Stones classic. Great job!!

Lili Rose McKay did a wonderful job on lead vocals, especially getting over the foreboding lyrics. That's a tough song for anyone to carry. Darla Beaux, jeez, what fantastic BG vocals! That makes or breaks this tune and you certainly set the tone. Fantastic job, ladies.
These young women deserve a more appreciative audience. This one looks like they want the noise to stop and the bingo game to hurry up and start already.

Context is everything. This performance was done by School of Rock before a group of financial investors in an attempt to fund their corporate scholarship program. The performers were the LA All Stars of the School of Rock. Notice that there is a professional shill in the band. Yup, puts kind of a different spin on this doesn't it?
Lead singer sounds like vintage Stevie Nicks, but with more growl, and Darla is just rippin' it UP! And BOTH guitarists were feeling it; great version; job well done.

@@martypalanos2460 -- they partied hard starting in their 20's , so time has treated their organs kindly. They have boundless energy. Mick is unrecognizable without the dressings. Saw him come out of a limo one time with no makeup. It was pretty life-altering.

These girls did a great job, but it's incredible to see Orithani playing with them. Everything about her screams rock star. Even if you have no clue who she is, her mere stage presence, makes her stand out.

Yep, the girls are saving the guitar biz these days. In ‘71 I bought a used Mustang and a blackface Deluxe from a pawnshop downtown with babysitting money. It changed my life forever, it will yours too. Rock on girls!

I just read that she is Megan Steiner who was all of 15 years old at the time. This performance rocked and I'm a little embarrassed that I've never heard of any of these people.

I am a 67 yr old drummer for 58 of those years and I love seeing these grandkids loving and playing like this. When I started out and I was in a solid great band in my 20's, I'm feeling what these kids are feeling. It's so much fun playing in a band where all the musicians are good at what they do.
One of the greatest covers ever of one of rock's greatest song ever. Hard to believe that a young girl could so flawlessly cover Jagger's gravelly part and another young girl match Merry's flawless vocal performance. Hard to believe the band could match the Stones as well, although admittedly with Orianthi's help. Took three guitars to match Keith's parts but damn, they did a fine job. Just an all 'round flawless performance.

I was 11 years old when the original was released...still in my playlist today...this is hands down the best cover I've ever heard and at my age I've pretty much heard them all! Orianthi is an amazing guitarist and the 15 year old alongside is incredible...Lili Rose singing lead is the clincher WOW!! Darla brings an unbelievable voice & vibe...WELL DONE LADIES!!! I'm very impressed. This is the best cover of all rock musicians in the world. I think that Mick Jagger himself, seeing him, will be shocked by the game of these girls. Orianthi, along with Megan Steiner, created a masterpiece with their improvisation. I got great pleasure from this performance. This cover can be watched forever. Orianthi is incomparable. At present, her name is included in the top ten guitarists in the world. Definitely.

Gotta say,,, one of the best covers of this classic I've ever heard..anywhere.. The lead singer kills it...and Orianthi is her usual face melting self. The rest of the band is as good as good gets. Just amazing. If I was there watching in person I'd be doing the 'I'm not worthy' bow after they finished.

This cover is reminiscent of the famous 1970s Philadelphia concert where Mick Taylor went crazy on lead guitar and the rest of the band hung right in there. These young ladies -and the off screen drummer-did a great job.
