I liked this one Jeff, its more down to earth. I agree, Funchal is wonderfull to visit and experience. Funny thing since my arrival in Jan, I haven't run into to any snowbirds here ? It seems that the Canadian migration of snowbirds during the winter seem to be missing out on this lovely Island paradise...It has so much to offer! Is the area you are staying in thus video a nice area? Also we are looking at São Martinho area by the beach. Which area do you prefer. New to your channel and loving the content. I watched a 4k walk and the poor "beachgoers" are just lying on concrete. Funchal was top of my list for golden visa before I saw that. Edit: Great walk and informative! New restrictions now mean I can't invest in Porto or Lisbon for golden visa. I'm a crypto investor and looking to spend 500-600k on a property euro with wife and 2 kids. Any tips on best central neighbourhood/ upcoming developments would be appreciated.

I’m an American who lived on Madeira some years ago, and it’s impossible to believe anyone would want to put the puke that is American fast food in their mouth when they could have any native Madeiran cuisine instead. The hot fresh bread rolls alone are are way better, they kept me from eating American store-bought bread for a whole year after I came back.
