How medal event is judged:
1 heat of 16 athletes competing with two :45 second runs each. Best run counts, scored 1-100. If an athlete falls during their run, the clock buzzer will sound and the run is over. Top 8 athletes from the elimination will advance to the final. Judges will score competitors throughout the contest.

Awesome skateboarding but those guys in the booth need to do more of a play by play as in naming off what tricks there throwing so people that might be interested in learning and watching would know more than the skaters name and where there from just mute the sound it’s way better to watch unless you want to here two guys talk about nothing the skaters are doing

I UNDERSTAND SAYING THE PERSON NAME AND NAMING THE TRICKS BUT OTHER THEN THAT THE COMMENTATORS NEED TO SHUT UP AND JUST BE QUITE THEY LITERALLY TALKING ABOUT NONSENSE THROUGH OUT PEOPLES RUNS AND ITS ANNOYING JUST HIRE REAL SKATERS OR PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY THAT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING CAUSE THIS IS NOT IT 🤦♂️🤦♂️👎👎
