Crown’s V-Force Integrated Lithium-Ion Storage System enables customers to distribute the chargers throughout their facilities and take advantage of the batteries’ ability to opportunity charge throughout the shift. This enables the elimination of a centralized battery charging and storage location and the downtime required to travel to a central location for charging and battery swapping. Depending on application, the switch to V-Force lithium-ion power may also allow for the elimination of extra lead-acid battery inventory, requiring fewer batteries to power the lift truck fleet, even over multiple shifts.
