As a Coaster Enthusiast that grew up with Mack Rides coasters (Europapark), this company has a lot of sentimental value to me. The quality of their rides and coasters and reliability is remarkable. Out of all their coasters I have ridden, not a single one of them is bad. A legend once said: ''Ganz schön extrem auf der aussenposition, wunderschöne Fahrfiguren. Schiene toll gebogen, Mack Produkt.'' and that is a FACT
From what I've seen, Mack has really established a reputation as a safe bet for parks, kinda like B&M. They cost a lot, but when all is said and done, you're gonna get your money's worth.
Mack is my favourite Rollercoaster maker:D Not only because the are from my Home Country, but also because any Mack i was on is kickass. Helix and Ride to Happiness are straight up masterpieces. Smooth, intense(!!!), Amazing Layouts, beautiful trains... and even their smaller Coasters are very good. Lost Gravitys first Half is, without a doubt, one of the most Extreme coaster sequences. Idk. I am so hyped for what will come. The dueling yellow thing in USA, Project Exodus, Voltron Coaster... they all look one Level up from what the did until now. I just love Mack. Everytime i ride a Mack for the First time i am like "damn they really did it again"
You've done most of the good ones though. Blue Fire, Copperhead Strike, Icon and Time Traveler are considerably tamer than Helix, RTH, Voltron and Hyperia. With that being said, Mack is definitely getting better over time.
Glad to see a video on one of my favourite manufacturers! Hugely agree that they tend to be a little underrated. Great intro music btw, I’d love if the intro was in sync though.
yeah they are slightly underrated. admittedly i underrate them because copperhead strike wasn’t nearly as good as i was expecting and i hate wild mice but i shouldn’t be doing that
I work DC Rivals and it’s by far the best job ever!! Mack Rides is a very under appreciated company. They are popular here in Australia, and for good reason. They are perfect balance of thrill and fun, and the ejector airtime is next level on their rides!! Everyone on DC returns with a smile, it’s a favourite in the park, I see people of all ages enjoy DC Rivals. Young to old, everyone loves it!!
The track is so similar to gerstlauer and intamin but mack are SO much smoother!!! Some coasters by the first two have been so rough after a few years whereas blue fire at europa park looks so smooth! Icon in the UK is one of the best coasters I’ve been on. Maybe it’s their trains? Either way I am so impressed!!
some people have said mack is the lovechild of intamin and B&M with the reliability & quality of B&m but with the innovation of intamin and with some inspiration of rmc in some rides and elements and if project exodus is reliable and merlin works with them more i would love to see stealth with the hydraulic launch but with an extended layout as well that is if they remove tidal wave which i can see in the future
I have seen a lot of stick given to mack but I think they can easily become the top manufacturer if they keep pumping out great model and rides(extreme spinners and RTH)
They built their first thrill coaster in 2009 and now, 15 years later, we can look back on a consistent growth of quality of their rides and models. They don't show any signs of slowing down as of now so why should one doubt that they will rise to become the greatest coaster manufacturer in the world? Just wait until they build their first Giga, a Hyper-Extreme-Spinner or something even wilder.
great video! i’m not a big fan of mack honestly because for some reason i don’t like a lot of their layouts. they have lots of dead spots. they feel unique from other manufacturers though. i hope they get a b&m ish success story. i think they should really push a cloneable Big Dipper model, with a layout mixed of RMC raptor, Gerstlauer eurofighter and their own distinct style. I heard dynamite at freizitpark plohn only cost 5.1m euros. therefore it’s a great option for parks who want a reliable cloneable ride. i hope they get a b&m sort of success story
My two issues with Mack is that the launches are genuinely unfun and that most of the amazing looking coasters are outside of America. Time traveler is hella fun tho
Mack rides is my fav since i am a coaster enthusiast, i love their coasters and i see their potentcial. But it is so sad that many people criticise them because of their launches.
Cough, Vekoma have produced more top tier rides than Mack. I’ve ridden ride to happiness, and it is AMAZING! But vekoma trumps Mack if you consider their whole portfolio. IMO
I would say Vekoma has a vastly diverse range of coaster products and each type feels distinctly different. We all know their SLCs are jerky and uncomfortable. But their newer rides all have unique personalities. Expedition Everest, Colorado Adventure, F.L.Y., Lech Coaster, Abyssus… even Battlestar Galactica in my homepark feels nothing like their SLC
@Thebusridesme and if you want to know, the gerstlauers I've done are: The Smiler (being the best) Saw the ride, des shwur des karnan, Flug Von Novgorod, Rage, Typhoon, Speed No Limits, Mystic, and Takabisha (so very clearly better that rmc)
Damn I wish I had been on any Gerstlauers and could really add anything to the discussion. What is it you like better? I love the ejector airtime of the two RMCs I've been on - Wicked Cyclone and Jersey Devils Coaster. I love living in New York city, but it seems like you've really taken advantage of being in Europe to get on many of the continent's best.

mack produkt 💪
Mack has 2 of my biggest bucket list coasters, those being Helix, and The Ride To Happiness, and so far Voltron looks incredible!
The sneaky Mackprodukt at 00:36 instantly got you my subscription! 👍
0:36 hahaha 'MACK PRODUKT'

Great video, thoroughly enjoyed it and was very entertaining especially since not many seem to talk about Mack and choose over-hype RMC instead.
Glad to see a video on one of my favourite manufacturers! Hugely agree that they tend to be a little underrated. Great intro music btw, I’d love if the intro was in sync though.

looking at macks 2 newest rides this video aged good
Their transformation also makes me think of what Zamperla is attempting.
Makes sense!
They warm up like RMCs.
Mack Produkt
You just know you're gonna get a good ride when you get on a Mack ride. RTH and Helix are both in my top 5.

Mack Produkt. I completely agree! 😄
Hope Mack rides gets even more attention because I’ve been on icon and it is amazing I’m so excited for project exodus
The track is so similar to gerstlauer and intamin but mack are SO much smoother!!! Blue fire is now 15 years old and runs fantastically smooth for its age 😊
Mack Produkt 👍🏻
Mack fr underrated
Star fall racers looks fucking epic

love it
😀
I've only been on Copperhead Strike and Time Traveler, but there both in my top 20
I can see the Mack hyper be like the B&M hypers in America but instead in Europe
hope so

This ride just looks like pure fun not I 305 but still fun

I‘m interested in the new extreme spinning coaster from Mack in Epic Universe 😊
It's a dueling launch coaster, but I'm super excited too!
My two issues with Mack is that the launches are genuinely unfun and that most of the amazing looking coasters are outside of America. Time traveler is hella fun tho
The launches are realy bad… and mack just doesnt like the us i guess
Mack Produkt.
Wait voltron isn’t done yet? I swear they’ve been doing it for ages
Nope, it’s supposed to open next year.
The Track has already been installed but they need a few more months for the theming.
Wait, DC Rivals is a MACK Rides ride? I thought it was Intamin:D Both of their tracks are so similar!
Yeah, it’s Mack!
My faveroite manufacture I'd fight it all day
Only Intamin and "arguably RMC" has surpassed Mack in the past 10 years? RMC released 2 top 20 coasters just this year.
I think RMC’s portfolio is better, but as you can see from other comments, a lot of people prefer Mack to RMC.
Mack rides is my fav since i am a coaster enthusiast, i love their coasters and i see their potentcial. But it is so sad that many people criticise them because of their launches.
why is that sad? honestly copperheads first launch had a little kick to it but their launches are not intense whatsoever
Cough, Vekoma have produced more top tier rides than Mack. I’ve ridden ride to happiness, and it is AMAZING! But vekoma trumps Mack if you consider their whole portfolio. IMO
Fair point, Vekoma’s another manufacturer that’s absolutely on the rise. However, I do think Mack’s portfolio is significantly better than Vekoma’s.
I would say Vekoma has a vastly diverse range of coaster products and each type feels distinctly different. We all know their SLCs are jerky and uncomfortable. RTH. Now.
Soon.
@@Coaster_Critic now.
It's not done.

Never understood why BFM “typecast” themselves by refusing to mix elements of their main ride, like inversions on hypers…🧑💻
The reason why they’re like that is because it works. Why add inversions to your hypers if your hypers are selling the way they are?
Unpopular opinion but I think rmc is overrated as hell, and gerstlauer is better, don't forget kids, it's an *opinion*
I can get on board with this, but which RMCs have you ridden?
@@Thebusridesme hakugei, untamed, and wildfire

0:37 mack isn’t that reliable because they break down pretty often
Not really.
which rides break down often
Even they old one's don't break Drow often like every coaster in Europapark for example is always opened
