I have had locs for about a year and 2 months and I'm wondering why when I wash my hair weeks after I get a retwist the base of the locs become untwisted and full of new growth? I've never had a crochet needle used so I'm wondering if thats why that happens. Any tips?
This is normal my guy, if you have them in styles they might keep twisted longer but usually the new growth frizzes back up because that’s the only hair on your head that’s loose. I used to get mad at the same thing🤞🏾
