Pure gold! 4:45 What a prayer meeting w/ Howells was like; "he would read the word for an hour and then we would go back to prayer." 5:40 "they way that God moved in those prayers.." even regarding warfare w/ the germans 11:01 "the enemy will bring these obstacles to frustrate you 11:20 Ruth Williams is this awesome woman of God! 15:20 He was wrestling with God on how to receive more power.. total possession of the Holy Spirit -He began to know the Holy Spirit as a person instead of just an influence 16:45 "he would not be living but the Spirit" 17:45 "the church hasn't come to the reality of the new birth" 18:01 "I only want you to pray what I tell you to pray.. you are not to pray anything for yourself" 19:01 a man needing a financial miracle of 2 yrs back rent. The Lord told him to pay all of it!! 20:10 the only way this village will be saved is by intercessory prayer 22:20 he was ONLY to make his needs known before the throne of God!! 24:20 "he was trailing a whole new pathway all together.." 25:30 "he learned that it was only when he truly believed God that his prayers were answered" 25:45 when howells went to african he claimed mark 10:29-30 28:01 "I no longer had to carry my treasure around..."
Samuel Howells was left as a tiny baby with relatives back in Wales when Rees and his wife left for Africa. It fitted with that Ref that speaks of putting family after Christ. I believe Samuel didn’t know his parents when they returned from Africa. He was considered anointed himself, by the students at the College. He’s also a great prayer warrior!

Speaking of intercession, lately I´ve been thinking about getting worldwide together in prayer for Israel: applying the blood of Jesus on it and also, "cursing" all Israel´s enemies´ weapons (from kites and guns to air crafts and satellites), not just from Hamas and the Islamic Jihad, but also from Rusia, Syria, Turkey, Iran, Isis, Hezbollah...
Mr Samuel had to be left behind when Rhys Howells and his wife went to Africa - it was part of THEIR leaving all to follow Jesus. Samuel lived with his aunt - his father's sister. Mrs Rees. Samuel then became known as Samuel Rees - even loosing his surname - Howells. I knew Uncle Tommy - Tommy Howells. In that he was uncle Tommy, it might be that of the Howell's was a relative. I knew Mr Samuel quite well, so much so, that people thought that I was a student in the college.
Beginning Rees Howell Intercessor by Norman Grubb just finished reading C T Studd by his son in law Norman Grubb my favorite alway be Amy Carmichael devotional books missionary to southern India 50yrs also luv Bible biographys by F B Meyer and Charles Haddon Spurgeon sermons. But I'm neglecting Bible reading and desperately in need of guiet time with the Lord Jesus maybe throw this phone into pacific ocean its more addictive than drugs and alcohol
