Nice video. I see that the front truck at the end of the video is having issues with the colors staying synchronized. If you're having the same problem, you're going to need an amplifier to transfer the power through all of the wires. That will fix the issue.
Just a tip, when you are soldering the speaker wire to the LEDs you should put hot glue on top of the open connections and then heat shrink on top of that to weather proof the connections.
I like the plastic bucket idea for the rings but I'm not sure on the whole plastic part considering that brakes get hot same thing with the hot glue. If you're driving down a mountain all that's going to be goo by the time you get to the bottom. I might get a metal 5 gallon bucket and make my rings. Might just get a piece of aluminum angle and shrink or stretch my rings. And I'll use cable ties versus hot glue. There's a reason why your dust shield on your brakes isn't ABS plastic 🤣. I will give you all the credit in the world for your ingenuity and execution. It's a good learning experience. I learned more lessons in my life doing things the wrong way than I ever did doing them the right way. Leads to less mistakes later in life 😁👍.
Why so many people hating its a a DIY Video i undertsand its looks badass and all but no need to get mad just cause you cant do it yourself and to the people saying its to much work damm yall lazy as fuck this is cleary a easy to do mod on your vehicle. I bet most of these people talking down dont even own a tool bag probably dont even know how to change a belt lmao
Honestly watching it being put together I was like " OOOh he fucked his car up .. mmm" get to the end and Im like " MAN WHAT THE HELL IT CAME OUT CLEAN" Good job ... very very good job
That looks awesome bro. The only problem i see is that you block the brake caliper. What happens when you need new brakes. Well i huess just unscrew the brackets
Thanks for this video carnal ✌I've been breaking my head all week on where to get aluminum strips to make this wheel rings I rather do my own dyi projects than spending hundreds on crap that will get damaged and not be fixable 👍👍
wowwwwww this is pretty AWSOME!!!! looks expensive and it really wasn't, I've seen several cars like this and always wonder how they do it lol, thanks !
i did that on my bmw and they changing colours, here in malta im the first one who did it. maybe im a ricer but i love those mods so shut up before you judge :) joking. tbh they are eye catcher and they can distruct other drivers so be carefull because of me a biker almost had an accident to look at my car
very nice video turned out great I've done things like this on my show car other than hot glue I would have used high temperature clear silicone is what I use but if it works great good looking car just remember the haters don't have anything half as nice keep up the good work
I don't think he used the regular arts and crafts hot glue he must ove used a commercial level glue just like the one used to pull out dents on cars believe me that's some steeky stuff I've used it to pull out dents before......
pues la neta it looks awesome and after seeing how easy it was am gonna do it for my mustang really nice video! but if u don't have some of the tools to do it, it could be a little more complicated
R Hunter bro, I like this vid. But it's a lot of work. Just order the wheel light kit from amazon. It come with 2 remotes and tone of tiff colors and functions. And instal is less than half of this
that's sick af bro! But also cheap man u can charge a lot $ n make a lot especially when the materials are so cheap! But at the same time it seems there maybe also an easier method maybe less strong in the end but still cool idea n thanks 4 the tutorial thumbs up
Ren K lol this guy would have to warranty its job in Arizona , we have 120° heat .. lol that hot glue will melt with outside tempeture before the brakes heat get to it.... lol lol
bronx chick caution on the zip ties.... in cold weather they break very very easy..... first icy weather and you got a potential problem. maybe tie wire?
Sammy DAndrea depends on your state and what light colors are allowed .. for the most part as long as they dont show emergency, cops, or construction caution colors , blue/ red/orange/ yellow you can do it
mount the camera to the head, please. Or add a gyro, this looks like a bad movie from the states. haha Well done otherwise :D Remember no hard braking. It might harm the glue.. lol
That's exactly how it's suppose too look. One solid bright colour. Well done.
10 out of 10 for the effort. its actually nice to see someone actually using there brain to make a kit instead of buying one.well done.
their*
I agree. This dude probably spent 50 dollars tops to make something himself that Oracle charges almost $400 dollars for.
Right hand not rite
$200-$300 for kit and you still gotta install it!!
Nice video. I see that the front truck at the end of the video is having issues with the colors staying synchronized. If you're having the same problem, you're going to need an amplifier to transfer the power through all of the wires. That will fix the issue.
te quedo muy bueno con los leds..... ahora la pregunta... como haces para que te quede tan levantado el auto... -???????
Jesus 90% of the comments are racist or people bitching about it being a ricer. Get over yourselves.
Yes Connor could not agree more. People just need to keep the negative comments to themselves. he did a great job.
Really nice diy very well done . Great thinking outside the box for the rings out of buckets and it probably saved u 250
Just a tip, when you are soldering the speaker wire to the LEDs you should put hot glue on top of the open connections and then heat shrink on top of that to weather proof the connections.
🐷
that is pretty cool, seriously some el mexicano stuff though
Are these advisable on new car prior to 1st serving - any risk of warranty void?
Are these waterproof high pressure water cleaning in showroom?
what was the rubber? love the install,... I had bought the oricale wheel led about $200..this look Iike a better cheaper way

That's dope. Nice way to personalize ya whip the way you want it
If you got time and not the money, this is perfect. He anit pushing a show car, just something sweet and simple works in the hood. DIY all the way.
The affect is nice. A cleaner job would make this complete. The wheel wells during the day would be an eye sore for me but great idea.
amigo electrico una pregunta el aro que usas para poner las luces led que material es o como se consugui es qe le quiero poner luces ami auto

Dude! One word…FIRE.
Honestly watching it being put together I was like " OOOh he fucked his car up .. mmm" get to the end and Im like " MAN WHAT THE HELL IT CAME OUT CLEAN" Good job ... very very good job
Did you use a switch for them? How did you turn them on and off?
That looks awesome bro. The only problem i see is that you block the brake caliper. What happens when you need new brakes. Well i huess just unscrew the brackets
Thanks for this video carnal ✌I've been breaking my head all week on where to get aluminum strips to make this wheel rings I rather do my own dyi projects than spending hundreds on crap that will get damaged and not be fixable 👍👍

Una pregunta.!
Saco una sola conexión para las 4 llantas.? Pasando el mismo cable por las 4 llantas
Nice work. I have some leftover led lights from fairing mounting...How can this be done to a motorcycle wheel without the pucc system..?
No lie....That's a great job and pennies on the dollar for what the kits cost.Good job man!!👌👍
What size twist in knuckles you using up front, also how many per spring?
wowwwwww this is pretty AWSOME!!!! looks expensive and it really wasn't, I've seen several cars like this and always wonder how they do it lol, thanks !

What do you do when it's time to change the brakes?
What did you use " rubber ring" to hold the leds?
Nice job bro! Definitely cheaper then spending 300+ for a name.
I fuck with you bro, dope video. The bucket tho that was smart as hell
They way you freaking did it perfect dude subbed
Wat did you use to mount the leds on?
i did that on my bmw and they changing colours, here in malta im the first one who did it. maybe im a ricer but i love those mods so shut up before you judge :) joking. tbh they are eye catcher and they can distruct other drivers so be carefull because of me a biker almost had an accident to look at my car
