Thanks for your video I call my local authorized Lifestyle installer and they installed one for my garage. We love it. It keeps the flies out while cooking on the Blackstone griddle inside the garage but most importantly it keeps my 2 year old kid from running to the street while he is in the garage.
Just saw your first video and how timely that you posted this new video about it. I saw a neighbor with one of these and I never catch them putting it up or down so it always baffled me how it worked. I never got to ask them as I’ve since moved to a new place. Since then I’ve only seen the magnetic curtain-like screen doors that don’t look as nice, but now I’m glad I’ve finally found the name of it thanks to your video!
Very cool option! We just saw a glass like garage door on a home the other day and it looked quite nice! Opaque just enough that you couldn't see right thru like a clear window.
Man, i think ppl are sleepin’ on these screens. I spend all my time in “Club 42” which is my garage. I workout, hang out, watch sports and complete DIY projects. My favorite investment. Although I live in Sacramento CA, i am considering getting the weather shields to cover the screens and keep the cold out. Thanks for the video brotha.
Great video, do you know if it can be motorized? My 92 year old father has had this for years and loves it, but he doesn’t have the strength to open or close manually any longer. Thank you.
Does the system lock in place from the inside so that someone can't pull it up and enter and in addition does the screen door have a lock to also prevent someone from entering when in place?
Thanks for sharing! When the garage door is closed and the screen is up, does it affect the garage lighting, or do the lights shine through without any issues?
Are you talking about the light that is in the garage motor unit? The light is affected just a little but not much you may not see a difference, since the light is below the middle sliding man door that you shall keep open when the screen is up, making the light pass thru. the opening. I got mine installed last week by my local authorized installer....no regrets.
Hello, I have one of these. The screen on the door part will not retract into its space. Can you assist me with how to get it to go back into its space? Tried contacting companies to no avail.
Thanks for posting! I am very excited to try this at our newest property. Functionally, how does the drop down screen door adhere to the existing garage door frame, and I assume the seal is enough to keep flies and other flying insects out? Thanks so much!
Good day! Apologies for the delayed response. It sits flush to the existing garage door frame. The seal is certainly tight! The only time a bug may fly in for us, the short period of time we raise the garage door and put the screen down. Our Part 1 video may show you more on the fit, if you hadn't already checked it out, thanks!
Hey, I apologize for the delayed response. No, once the screen is in the down position, the garage door can not go up or down/in front of the screen. I kind of pops in place, blocking the original garage door track. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for putting this video out there for everyone to see. I'm inquiring about buying one now.
Great follow-up video!!!

How has it held up?
Can I still get my jeep in and out with this

I have a fridge on the left of the garage, about 6’ tall. Will stud rail obstruct the doors? Rail looks like it might keep it from opening

Can the garage door go up and down with the screen in the down position. We do not use our garage for our cars.
