FANTASTIC MUSIC! 🎉 This was a fun episode, and wow, how far your production quality and content has come ❤. Happy that you’re making a go of this channel. One of my favs. Keep it going 👍 😎
I have a stock Syclone...wish we could meet up and line them up just to see a side-by-side comparison. Mine runs 1/4 mile ~ 13.5-13.7 depending on my launch & DA. Loved every minute of this series!
You know how many old s10 trucks and blazers I've bought and sold and now I'm wishing I'd of held on to one cause this is awesome! Great build on a realistic budget. No LS no fancy electronics and it will destroy pretty much everything it pulls up on. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Although this was no new content, I really enjoyed watching this. Thumbs up for the music and the editor! I hope you all get better soon and thanks for the video!
Hey, thanks so much! I had heard of your stuff (and that you bought that 911, on reddit) and saw Tavarish and the boys watching your stuff this week. Really very cool projects! LOVE that W124, I have wanted to do that swap for a long while. Instant subscriber here!
This “FAST”culmination of the project may be the BEST and most likely to bust all UA-cams shows, the slowness of content on motor shows makes you feel like you’re being “had”for 12 weeks.this is refreshing
As a regular viewer I honestly would have prefered an episode with new content over a recap, but I can see it having a lot of value for newer viewers. This was the first episode I didn't watch all the way through. I'm not saying this just to complain, but to provide feedback. I appreciate this channel so much. Keep up the great work, and I'll be looking forward to a new episode next week.
Yeah, I had to get over the pneumonia and didn't want to put out nothing so we did a super cut of the whole build, but I guess so many people have seen all of it we probably could have skipped it.Oh well, 911 ripping down the streets next Friday!
@@StayTunedTA That's dedication, and I appreciate that a lot. However, I don't like that you feel pressured to have to put out something on a week where you are sick. As we say where I'm from: When you are sick, you are sick. You should be able to take a week off to get well. Your health is important - physical and mental. I can see how the super cut was a way to both recover and posting something. Thank you to everyone involved in the channel. You put out such great content. Looking forward to next Friday!
I just built my 88 s10 blazer the same way except it’s getting an all aluminum 6.0 with heads and cam maybe a little shot of N2O. I bet C6 wheels would fit perfect. I used C6 Z06 wheels on mine with the small factory flares and figment is really good and no spacers. Love the build guys! Glad someone has the same vision for these little trucks🤘👊
This is a cool truck and it got me going down a rabbit hole but i think you can make something a lot cooler for around the same price. You can put together an LS, a 4L80e and a NV149 (or maybe NV136) transfer case with an AWD front diff and a Duramax front driveshaft to make a really bulletproof drivetrain with 2-3x the power potential. On top of that you can run fuel injection with a turbo either on the stock ECU with a tune or a drop in aftermarket EFI like a Holley Terminator (and get a digital dash in the bargain if you want). Lastly you can buy a Tahoe PPV on a government auction that will come with a 5.3 and a 4WD chassis. Put it all together and you get an SUV with better parts availability, everything is newer, everything will fit better, air conditioning and Flex Fuel sensor for E85 (and electronic boost control if you have aftermarket EFI). The stock engine probably needs an AFM delete and refreshing but if you can find junkyard LS motors, you can build a non-cop motor for boost. Another channel did that drivetrain in a Silverado with a GM blower which was cool but 4WD Silverados are expensive compared to a Tahoe PPV with a worn out engine and messed up cop car interior. I think they got in to the 11s with it but they had a 4.8 and a turbo setup would have more midrange and top end power. Neither would really be "race cars" but on the street they would put down power as well as anything and embarrass lots of high dollar cars.
The 'real world' video we both wanted and needed. Being from the south, all that frame surface rust was killing me at the start of the video when it was exposed... I would of had to rattle can it!
I own a 1994 S10 Blazer. It is almost stock, manual trans, two door, four wheel drive, 4.3L. I have replaced a lot of wear parts, it runs and works great. I replaced the headlights with LED, not the x-ray type, just an update and upgrade. I had to pull the grill to get to the headlights. That is one thing I don't like about the design. Oh well. If you drive at night, upgrade your headlights.
Tony .. You guys made me wanna do one of these.. just what I needed another project, I'm ass deep in a 75' GMC dually with 70,010 original miles bought from the original owners granddaughter, he died, she got it, and yes, it's a southern California Truck it's green now but will be Tuxedo Black and white and the original 350 is .040 over with goodies but after it's done I'm gonna work on this gem - uh, after I raise my all wheel drive, 300-ish HP Volvo back up - this truck has made me Goofy for a Psych-Clone, so I gotta have one
Been watching all of this all the way through the build, and I love the truck, but I also love the teamwork and the fun had along the way, and all the pizza!
My guess is 11.3 1/4 without referring to Finnegan, Newbern/Cotten Momsoon et's in past episodes.. You rock Tony.. you and your new crew of old friends are awesome.. keep it up Dood.. new old fan from NW Florida.. PEACE..
I know it’s not really your thing, but I would love to see this thing taken to the next level! Paint, body kit, Marlboro Syclone livery, custom interior and a turbo LS with the AWD. A super truck for 2024. But that’s just me. Still sick either way!
me watching automotive youtube videos "aww yeah that looks so straight foward I can do that" also me "ikea shelves are too hard to put together wtf" love the sikeclone man! keep up the good work
Very cool to put the entire build into a single video Tony! I bet that QF blow through carb is by far the most expensive piece on the entire build! Still think you should have called it the Pysch clone.
Really like this format to sort of “wrap up” a build. It’s an excellent way to put a bow on it. Makes folks want to go back and watch the entire build sequences. Big brain stuff
Seeing all the guys grabbing this chassis for the old 50s trucks makes me think of of throwing one of those beds and cabs on it. I doubt it'd be remotely expected with patina sheet metal ontop of a setup like this
Friggin epic!! I still wanna see the MK VIII, though.... I'm working on mine.... slowly.... but Shirley.... Who's Shirley? I dunno but, she likes my MK VIII!!!
Absolutely love this project! Its why I subscribed! Can't wait to see it reach its full potential! By the way I forwarded this build to several of my sic motorhead friends whom all seem to have enjoyed the build as well. Hopefully they sub'ed as well. Cool stuff! Keep it up!
Great video Tony! That build covered all the bases. And its something most of us can relate to. BTW, I can't stop seeing the 73 Laguna Grille in the background. Is there a story behind it?
Thanks! Appreciate it! I had a 74 Malibu and someone sent me that grill. I sold the car cheap in 2020 thinking I could easily find another and I just haven't yet!
Mr. B. Here ! 👀😎👍. Sorry am late guys ! Honey do assignment LOL ! 🍸🍕🍸🍕. Love this video of all the work done is very , very cool 😎😎 ! Man this video series inspired me I’m looking for one right now as I typethis
Do it up! they are still a good price!
I wouldn’t be mad at a super fast Astro van either…
That'd be awesome especially if it was a clean conversation style one
There is one look up Tsunami. It’s pretty sweet.
Also super cool, and my kids would love it.
Van life, but not lol. The Sike Clone gives me hope my son and I can make something Rad for his first car
They had the cyclone, then typhoon, Tony could make the Tsunami.

My viewers turned me on to your channel and I'm hooked. Great job Tony! We have very similar taste in cars.

To me, the distributor mod was the greatest stroke of genius on this whole build.
Waited all week for an update! Lets get on with a 2 step/trans brake street drag radials etc! Cmon boys, this series is all I live for now!!! :)
