Was the base ganache frozen before starting the flowers? These are beautiful

Not frozen but it was set, ganache firms up so well. I wouldn’t want to attempt this with buttercream! xx

You are saying ganache but looks like buttercream if it is true ganache and you get that texture and bright white can too show the recipe please beautiful cake either way

It is ganache, it’s 3 parts white chocolate to 1 part cream but I’ll record the process of making it and upload the video after Easter xx
