I've been waiting for this for YEARS!!
Me too and it don't disappoint it's really great
Hey man, that was a super awesome intro song…. Very cool
Great sounding ! Do you like it better through the nu classic cabs vs arrays? Any thoughts vs Gk fusion 800? Either way well done!
Same here, they seem very similar in terms of concept, form-factor and price. I wonder how they compare in sound.
To me the amp sounds great on both sets of cabs depending what you like the most. Makes sense with the Classics for the vintage sound and if you more to the modern sound the Arrays sound beautifully with the Kinetix 800. GK Vs. Genzler to me without A/B'ing it I think that the Kinetix is slightly more vintage and little more beefy in good way :-)
Thank you so much!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Oh what size of cab did you use for vid? Thanks so much!🫡🤛🏼
Nice video Morton 🙂 I love this amp!
Thanks Mark :-) yes it's a damn good amp
Great amp
indeed
Is it made in the US?
Says on the back "Designed and Inspected in USA", means they probably make it in Taiwan like the Magellan.
All Genzler amps and pedals, are produced in a Hi End facility in Taiwan, and as far as i know, Genzler is the only MI product built there.
The US isn't exactly the home of the world's best electronics manufacturing.
Interested in this head but this guy is playing all this silly bullshit in the demo. Making it sound terrible.
@@jagerking7020 Maybe you like Nate Navarro's demo better ;-)
Great amp. As a jazz musician though I’d just like to know why every single UA-cam bass player I see only solos over one chord? That’s not how music is played in the real world. I always see bassists just fall apart in jam sessions when they need to improvise over changes. Well not all bassists. The good ones can do it. But c’mon bedroom bassists up your game. At least play over some rock blues changes or something!
Hi Bill,
I'm not a Jazz musician even though I'm brought up in one Jazz family. I started out as free Jazz drummer 4 years old, no chord changes there either 😁
I tried to play Jazz but it didn't sound right to me and my heart belongs to something else and you are right if you put me in a Jazz jam playing standards I would flunk but good for me and the rest the Jazz community I'm not.
To say how music is played out in the real world and be the judge of that seems just incredible narrow concidering how many different genres, cultures, scenes and countries around the world there is.
Just doom scroll further if you don't like what I do and then you might stumble upon Giant Steps, then I'll play the same chord until I decide when it's time to change 😎
You sound like you (can’t be said for many musicians- including jazzers) and I like your style. There’s no RIGHT way to do music!
With overdrive this amp can rip off the balls 💪❤
Sounds great! I'd love to see a head-to-head against the GK Fusion S 800!
Agreed, that's the comparison I'd want. Throw in an old Streamliner for a Class D amps with 3x12AX7 tube pre shootout.
Yeah I haven't made one because I don't have one but as I recall it the Kinetix feels a tiny hair more vintage
@@BassBuddhathank you! Oh what size cab were you playing through for this? Much gratitude!
@@amanisax5630 I think he's playing through Genzler Nu Classic NC 1x12 and 2x10.
Would love to hear side by side comparisons with the Magellan.
Thanks for sharing this 🎶🎵🎸
