    Been doing this class and Michelle’s other rebounding classes they are brilliant apart for getting really fit I have lost so much weight combined with healthy eating. Keep the classes coming Michelle.!!!

    First time using your workout, it was great! Don't know how you guys bounced in sync like that in the sun! My husband walked by and said whoa it's The Ladies and the Tramps! Ha ha anyways, thank you! You were the first rebounder workout that actually gave me tips on how to better support my body. Last time my knees hurt a lot and with your tips, my muscles are sore and that's it! Thank you!

    *did this one as an add on! at first i told myself it was easy and right at that moment is when you turned up the intensity and now i’m a sweaty mess! 220 active calories burned and 268 total calories and counting!*

    So grateful I found your workouts & a renewed love of my rebounder. Only a short one today as it’s sooooo hot already (& I was out at 6am with Archie, my black lab). Feeling a sweaty mess but it’s such a great feeling. Nothing gets my heart rate up like these workouts!!! 💪🏻👍😊 Thanks Michelle.

    Wow, the pace of this one almost killed me! 😂 I am active and fairly fit - if I had trouble keeping up, should I be doing the beginner rebounding ones?

    What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

    I did this one today and realized my Jumpsport Trampoline needed the bungees tightened to keep up with you guys I had it in Medium firmness and moved it up to the Firm setting it changes up your speed.
    Jumpsport Trampoline is awesome really feel the benefit

    I did this without a trampoline. I did all the moves just jumping up and down and it was so much fun and challenging. I got a good quick sweat before I started my day. Thank you

    This was great, very sweaty workout. I am too slow but still do my best to keep up. I can't do it nearly as fast and think my mat is too bouncy and not firm enough though, or do I just need to practice. I've a bungee rebounder.

    This is definitely not for beginners.....I had trouble keeping up and I consider myself somewhat fit. I wonder if this is on the firmest setting since I have a hard time keeping tempo? Firm or Extra Firm on the 500?

    Great WO but it feels more like a choregraphy where you need to learn the moves and the amount of reps b4 doing it. Even the crew seems confused at some point. I prefer knowing the moves instead of guessing what is coming next.

      I'd say best to do it again to feel more comfortable with the moves. I'm the only one who has gone through it a few times...the crew are great to jump in and just do as I say. But for sure nail the moves and redo👍

      Just do the best you can. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Modify it and make it your own. I loved the variety and music even though I didn’t feel comfortable doing all the moves… YET.
