    Okay this is hands down one of my favorites from you, Michelle! I loved that there was a bit more choreography so it kept my mind active. And then the arm & leg work was built in so that I got a total workout! Even the frozen part was great because I had to work based on your verbal cues. Seriously- one of the best workouts! I am addicted to your channel! :)

    Michelle even though you had the camera that froze it did not even matter because your cues were absolutely perfect because you are a wonderful teacher!! Thank you as always, my daughter and I love doing your workouts. My daughter is 25 and I am 48 :-)

      LOL. We plan to redo this so it's a little smoother. Plus the girls want to nail the moves.

    I grew up in MA and humidity is NO JOKE 🥵 I work out in my nice cold AC as I live in the desert now 😝 more of these! Loved jumping with 5 lbs weights…game changer! Great way to start my weekend!

    Awe DARN! I didn't see the feed went out at 45min. I was trucking along with my new insoles and so much less pain. Great workout though! I just went back and added a round from the beginning. Thanks for doing the abs at very end and boy this workout hit them.

    Will you be uploading a recorded version of this? Would really love to do it, including the offline part! Honestly, it's hard to find good rebounder workouts that are close to an hour - I only have you to rely on. Haha!

      I was sweating before we started due to the humidity 💦. I don’t mind the sweat it when the sun is beating down on you too. I grew up in ND and we don’t have the humidity like you.
