Thanks for the video. My door seal started fraying in the same exact area and the rest of the door seal was in tact. Not sure why that specific area is more vulnerable to getting damaged. I had purchased an extended warranty a couple of years ago so a technician is coming out today to look at my door seal and hopefully replace it too. I'm nervous about it, but hopefully everything will go well.
For anyone reading the comments: this was the fix we needed for standing water in our dryer. Moisture was getting in. We tried so many things before this. We had almost given up. My 10 year old dyer lives to see another day!!!
You should wait, cause the glue can give and loosen if it's not dried completely. Depending on the brand of glue it could be different than mine. But i'd wait 24-48 hours to ensure it's dry. So get all your laundry done and then do it so it's not holding you up too long. Hope this helps! Thanks for checking out the video!
Same model as mine. Mine has the seal blown out in the same area. Now all I got to do is get the new seal and replace it! Thanks!!
Happy to help! Thanks for checking out the video!

I have a question please, can I use the dryer at the same time while still drying the door seal?

Thank you so much, I appreciate your help.
Where did you get your dryer door seal? I cant find one. Your model is same as mine.
I left a link to the website I used in the description. You just have to plug in your model
