This video shows the second part of the trip to Pirates Cove. Sails are down and we are powering through Gabriola Passage with about 3 knots of current against us.

Hi Andrey, that's about where it hit 3 knots. It can get up to about 9 knots in Gabriola Passage. There are some good youtube videos of kayakers on it at higher speeds. Skookumchuk Narrows has even better videos, where it gets up to over 17 knots.
