That gar early on is one of the most beautiful gar ive ever seen. There are some areas near where I live that Ive seen gar, 5 and 6 foot long, jumping completely out of the water. Its awesome.

a little tip that I learned fishing for gar in spots like that is to take a weightless treblehook with a tiny bobber using tiny peices of cut bait helps your hookup ratio big time

For the first time in my 36 years I got the itchin ivy so bad I couldn't stand it. I used to be able to eat an ivy salad and be fine, but things change. I went and got a shot in the buttcheek and 3 days later I was comfortable again. It works, now you know.
I just had it over my legs, hands, arms & chest. Just little patches everywhere. Took me 2 weeks to clear it up. Sucks because I have a 2 month old baby I couldn't pick up and help with 😢
Luckily I did not!
Just like any auto immune response. Once your body has encountered enough, it lets you know it. 😅

when I was little I was using one of the little kid Pixar rods with the rubber fish as a lure. It had no hooks and was meant as practice. A 8 pound bass hit it and jumped out of the water. So, I guess "swedish fish" works well.

Yeah man, great session! Just got back from a 24hr session myself here in the UK; I caught a couple of Bream during the night, then had a young Pike, a small carp and I foul-hooked a perch! 😆 😁
Wear long sleeve shirts while moving through them thickets nick. Sure will help with the poison ivy but another awesome video and enjoyed it as always so keep um coming ty and God bless
