The problem was not the sparkplug. It was the float deflection or travel not enough to have more fuel in the chamber. I push the brass seat further in to have more play for the float.
greetings gents from South Africa, may i ask if spares are still available? i have a Vitca 160 and looking for ignition coil pack and carb, would be great to hear from you as spares on this side is a no go
Thanks for watching. It's good to hear there are still Victa Powertouque around in South Africa. I knew that parts availability is difficult in South Africa. Try to join Victa Powertorque or Victa Vingage group on Facebook. They should be able to help you with obsolete Victa part. I will be uploading more Victa repair videos. the engine runs fast because of a crankcase leak. remove the starter and put a layer of fuel in the bottom inside the engine. if fuel leaks out past the lower crank seal then theres your issue
@@Varietech-AU very much worth checking. You can use some test equipment for this, you can actually use your vacuum pump that you have already. If you block off the intake and exhaust and plug off the decompressor it should hold a vacuum. If it can't hold then you have an air leak.
That's correct! 10 liters of fuel to 400ml of oil or 10L/0.4L = 25. You could also mix 5L of fuel to 200ml of oil or 5L/0.2L = 25. Thanks for watching and subscribing to the channel.
Great demo, I had my whipper snipper fixed by Varietech last year and it was good not giving trouble until this time.
Champion! i look forward to learning something in this video. I just picked up this exact mower today

Thanks for the advice. We will do it in some other time or I let Anthony knows so he can perform the test. Cheers! VTech
