For all the young ladies scared to go to your mom.
1. Make sure you are paying close attention to how tight your leggings, school pants, jeans, or underwear are. If they’re too tight and rub your pubic hairs or skin too much, that can cause the painful pimple/cyst to appear.
2. If you’re getting them after your period and you wear pads. Once again, check how tight your underwear are a lot of ladies think the tighter the underwear the less likely you’re to feel uncomfortable from the blood flowing. This is not a good practice. Why? Your underwear can cause your pad to rub against your skin or pubic hair too much causing that pimple/cyst to appear.
3. If you don’t shave and you’re having none of the issues above but you’re still getting the pimple/cyst. It could be your pubic hair causing the pimple/cyst to appear because of sweat, or they’re just rubbing together (most common reason is because something is rubbing against the labia the wrong way as you can see) try trimming your hairs here and there.
4. If you do shave and get the pimple/cyst, could definitely be due to in grown hair from shaving in the wrong direction. Make sure you shave the same way your hairs lay. We think shaving against the hairs is a quicker way to make the hair go away (this maybe true) but it is also not a good technique to practice.
Hope these tips helps. I’ve experienced all of the above so this knowledge isn’t just coming from anywhere.

Hey anyone reading this! I’m 23 I used to get them as well, here’s some tips
- don’t touch the area
- take HOT epsom salt baths often until they come to a head a pop on their own or go down
-sleep commando as often as possible
-don’t put soaps inside
-wash outside with natural tea tree soaps (or apply tea tree oil)

I feel like what’s helped me the most and what I have the best results from is one, making sure I keep that area extremely clean and dry. 2, exfoliating every shower with a scrubby. 3, right after shower moisturizing the area with a natural moisturizer (I use coconut oil or shay butter) 4, unless I’m sleeping I try to wear moisture wicking biker shorts to keep my legs from rubbing against each other. also deodorant and/or powder really helps.

I’ve been getting these and what’s helped me with pain is the v magic vulva care and intimate skin cream. In a few days it makes my bumps smaller and less sore, so I’d recommend applying a little at least once a day. This personally gives me some relief.

I went to doctor for this and they said that if you have pads that it might rub against it and form it. also when you have this don’t wear tight pants it will rub against it and might make it irradiated. It should go away on its own, take warm baths and that should help shrink it. Also you shouldn’t pop it ( just wanted to help!)

If you do loads of sports or live in a warm or hot country and you sweat a lot it might be the problem it's. Not serious or anything just use some sodocream and be careful

This is the second time I get one and is so painful!
The first time I got one was about 10 years ago and it was an ingrown hair caused by shaving too close to the area, my doctor told me to never shave that area, we should just trim the hair with scissors. The symptoms I had back then was an awful pain near my clit, itchy, and by the 5th-6th day I couldn’t even sit, lay, or walk, the pain was something as if somebody was constantly stabbing me down there, to the point that I couldn’t sleep and I was taking the strongest painkillers every 3 hours to survive.
No joke, at some point I even felt I was gonna faint for the pain, my mom immediately took me to the doctor and once he examined me he told me we should wait for it to pop out on its own or he was going to have to make a small incision to drain everything.
We went home, and a few hours later, I went to pee, and all of a sudden I started smelling something awful, when I cleaned with a paper I realized it popped! We immediately went back to the doc as he instructed me, and then he drained it, the worst experience ever! I was screaming and wanted to scratch the walls, after he finally drained everything which was just puss and blood, I felt a huge relief.
10 years later, and while I’m writing this comment I detected another one! It just started 2 days ago but is not as bad as the last one I had, I feel discomfort while sitting and walking but I can handle it still. Today I went to my doctor and she gave me antibiotics (oral and ointment), painkillers and iodine to clean the area before applying the antibiotic ointment on the affected area.
Hoping that it heals soon and that it won’t make me suffer as 10 years ago 😪
The weird thing is that ever since than happened a decade ago, I haven’t shaved at all, for that, I opted for laser hair removal years ago but maybe the products sometimes I use like daily pads, and then while exercising I also use daily pads, etc, maybe that caused some sort of clogging and here we go again!

Edit: 2 days after this comment, my boil started to drain on its own!! I have never felt so relieved! The medicine my doctor prescribed me helped a lot! The boil reduced a lot in size and now I can sit, walk and even cross my legs 😀 no pain at all, it still draining and I’m cleaning the area every 2-3 hours and applying the antibiotic ointment to avoid the puss draining infecting other areas. Mine took a whole week to heal on its own.

Also can you cover it with band-aid or cotton to avoid friction?
@@teadrinker1260 hi Tea! I used an antibiotic ointment (Bacoderm is the brand) but I live in Turkey so not sure if you can fond the exact same brand in other countries.
To cover it, my doctor recommended to just use a small piece of toilette paper and leave it there, she told me not to use cotton since it leaves small residues when removing it.

ohgod this is my fourth time having this same problem. It's either after period or light shaving. I'll let it grow until it pops by itself or by accident. Usually it lasts for a week and when it finally pops it's gonna bleed a mixture of pus and blood (cleaned it with povidone iodine) (also, do not touch it nor pluck hairs surrounding it) . After that you'll feel better now that all off the insides have come out and the swelling reduces. The entire week was very painful because it's really difficult to move. I still don't know of I should visit a doctor because I don't like the idea. I'm thinking that this could be an underlying problem so I'm kinda scared. My guess what caused it was maybe because of sweating while on pads, tight underwear and the shaving too.

I found it better to use an electric shaver... it’s less tedious and faster!

For all the ladies saying it hurts to pop a tip that works for me is cutting up and putting an band-aid on top of it so when you walk or something it’s not rubbing against your skin and also I have found using an pimple patch is also very helpful we can use it on pimples on the face why not use it down there?😅(also makes pimple size reduce so much and either has the puss coming out already)

Since I was a teen something. It ain't itch and my vaginal discharge seems very normal and healthy, but having 'em there make me feel like i'm having some sort of disease. I get these sometimes, started when I was in my 20s. Scared the hell out of me. Then my health went downhill fast. Found out I had stage 4 endometriosis and became way more educated on my vagina. I also was informed my hormones are imbalanced. After talking things through with my doctor I felt way better. Since I no longer have a period and stated doing hormone treatments it’s a lot better. I also switched to 100% cotton panties and very rarely use scented body wash. Still uncomfortable when it happens (now if I shave and maybe nick myself), but being informed ha gone a long way in helping to deal with it.

• cam baby • yes it was and it burst out and some puss and blood came out of it . Now the region where it was is somewhat hard . It’s not like the way it was earlier. Now it’s like a hard bump ( very small ) over the same place . Its not painful or itchy. Can you tell what it is . What to do .

i have one that started to form monday..at first i dont feel anything just itch..
the nxt day it started to itch more and it hurts when i try to touch the pimple. i couldnt sit properly or even walk . so is started to think on how to soften the pimple. i put warm water on a bucket or some bowl that you can sit on and sat there for as long as i want. i did that wednesday night and then i repeat that again yesterday morning and evenng. when i checked the pimple it got smaller and and theres a small opening where watery and a few blood came out . i sat again in the warm water 10 minutes ago and saw that it got smaller and soft.
i will continue doing that until the pimple is gone ....
update:: so its been 7 days of me having the pimple near my cltoris...i noticed that it got smaller but theres pus or yellow thingy on the tip of the pimple.. im scared to pop it because i dont want to spread the bacteria...what should i do.
Do you guys think that this wil pop on its own??

@@thatbitcha6259 its gone now...on the 8th day the pimple popped itself and pus came out so I immediately rinsed the area so the bacteria won't spread...day by day the pimple became more small and now it's completely gone ...thank God !!!

@@seri.4876 maybe depends on how you wash it. I know that if you clean your kitty with overly scented soap and if you go inside and wash it, your ph balance can be knocked off. Definetly just keep washing, gently, don't go inside, and use soap with little fragrance. make sure you drink a lot of water too.
@@christinapaniagua2501 I wash kg with water for about 2 minutes and I drink like 5 to 9 cups of water a day but only sometimes wash with soap on the outside as I'd call it shell , I'm quite young and the spot is close to my P33 h0le
Also keep in mind fordyce spots. White spots similar to those on your lips (face) can be present too and hard to extract!!

@@mintatatatataa yeah they’re like whiteheads but really difficult to squeeze out. Although, what you have may also be milia which are impossible to squeeze without opening the skin. Milia are teeny tiny cysts. They come out looking like little white pearls or seeds.
