I think that was the most entertaining game ive watched from you. I loved how you just dominated this guy more than the 900 elo rated guy from last saturday. Great sac as well! Have a nice weekend Owen
I'm really glad you enjoyed it!! I felt very confident in this game!! Lots of wins will be coming your way in the next week or so!! I feel I've improved a lot!!
I think the rook sac on g2 would have worked, but you would instead of taking on h3 with the queen play Bxh3! And you would either be checkmating or win back the rook with interest and a completely dominant attack.
I really enjoy watching these. Your narration is great (I like your accent too lol) Also take pride in your current ranking! 1700 is incredible (far better than me, that's for sure.) Anyway, good luck on 2000!!
I would say anything that gingergm has made. He is the best player arguably at the classical dutch and he also is an extremely good teacher. I may make a video at some point on explaining the opening and the ideas if you think that'd be helpful? Maybe I'll do that on a saturday video soon?
@@Blunder_Man It would be interesting to see you livestream a set of games specifically playing with one opening and explaining the moves, maybe doing it with subscribers in some tournament
sorry but couldnt you just push with the f pawn to win his b? after E x F4 you take back: you either win the bishop with pawn or with the double attack bishop and queen. 1:49
Yes, this actually looks really good, but I remember hearing in a video before about not doing this, it essentially allows him to get all his pieces attacking me, it's quite a risky move, his Queen can move into h5 and stuff gets really dangerous on h7 for me. I did check this with the engine just now as well and it says it's a +3 for white essentially if I do take his bishop and move in with that plan, just because of how active whites pieces are
Not playing pawn to f4 made me very angry lol 3:19
I'm sorry for causing you anger hahaha

@@Neonpl4gue thanks neon brother!!!
2k in no time, baby!!
love the positivity mr bassist!
Good playing lad. Is the dutch beginner friendly (700elo)? And is it a black opening for white queens pawn?
It's not beginner friendly but it's an amazing opening against d4 yes, I'd tell you to study it though, it's so much fun
nice like always bro
Thanks bro! Yeah this game felt good
GGs. Good win.
@@KerTon4 wooooooo
Can you recommend some Dutch material for study, seems like a lot of fun playing with it
