1b ground turkey
1 tsp of each: garlic powder and salt
1/2 tsp of each: paprika, sage, thyme, onion powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp allspice
1 tosp sugar free maple syrup
1/4 c blueberries (thaw if using frozen)
Combined turkey with seasoning. Wet your hands to make handling easier. Then gently add blueberries and maple syrup. Form into 8 patties and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes per side until cooked through.

2 cups kodiak pancake mix
1/2 c monk fruit
2 large eggs
1/3 c Greek yogurt 0%
1 c water
Zest if 1 lemon
6 tbsp oats
Berries of choice
Preheat oven to 375. Add all ingredients except the berries and let sit 5 minutes. Spray muffin pan with oil and add batter to muffin pan. Top each muffin with berries and optional pumpkin seeds. Bake for 17-20 minutes.

H‑E‑B is kicking my butt as a cashier. I barely worked a week, went on vacation the week of Valentine’s Day came home with pneumonia and still not completely recovered. I’m back trying to work, but it’s just been nuts trying to wrap my brain around so many scenarios. I love the customer service part best. The raspberry muffins look yummy. I’m slowly trying to get my appetite back. Congrats on starting at your new H‑E‑B location 🎉
I got sick too and the cough stuck around for 3-4 weeks. I still have it a little bit it’s better. I know what you mean, I like to think I get paid to workout. lol. I hope you feel better soon.
The Time Change messes with my body every dog gone time!!!! I can't go to sleep at night, then I don't want to get up in the morning. But I have to get up for work, hopefully Saturday I can get caught up I love all these recipes you shared today!!!!!

Hi Amber, I've been watching your videos to help my ww journey. Love your shopping hauls & food suggestions. I watched a video where you made turkey sliders but can't find recipe. Would you pls share it ?
I’m glad I’m helping. I don’t remember turkey sliders. Was it someone else maybe? Some of the videos are 2 years old and it runs together in my head. I made some turkey smash burger tacos recently. I’ll give that recipe just in case.
Smash burger Tacos
1 lb 96% lean ground beef
8 carb sense tortillas
Seasoning of choice
Toppings: special sauce, shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion and tomatoes
Press 1/8lb lb beef into each tortilla ans season cook, meat down for 2-3 minutes. flip and cook 2 additional minutes or until meat is cooked through. Add cheese.

Special Sauce: makes about 7 servings
1/2 cup light Mayo
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tosp ketchup
2 tbsp pickles, chopped
1 tbsp red onion, chopped
Combine together and store in airtight container
And store in fridge

Hmmmm white bottle… that could be uncle chris’ gourmet steak seasoning. If that’s not it then it could be cavenders Greek seasoning but that has yellow on the bottle too.
