True!!! They're told not to do anything before the test. If they're innocent or the safety of the child really mattered then they would follow the rules, addict or not. I would know, I'm an addict just not with illegal drugs. But I always put my child first, but some people can't, unfortunately.

@@AllHailKingRose because the mother didn't question Demetrius, she didn't follow through with taking her son to the hospital to get an examination, she didn't go to CPS and file a complaint to be followed up, the only things she did was take her son to a forensic psychologist and she went to the police department.
@@MsWiccanpriestess as a mother you don’t call CPS the hospital and the psychologist usually will do that if they find evidence of an assault. The police and the psychologist is more than enough to find out if it was true. At the end of the day the man is convicted of doing it already although neither one of them produced results.

No it doesn't!!. Its 2021 people out here getting high as a kite on a regular basis. People can have addictions! I live in Los Angeles and they pass drugs around like its candy and snort coke like its morning coffee and that's considered the norm out here. Going cold turkey for a week is not easy for everyone. Both him AND the grandmother are addicts! Steve wouldn't have said the grandmother failed them too is she wasn't on drugs too.

I think its often a track being played though. It's always the same sounds and I've noticed the same chick with pig tails in the audience a ton. Haha who knows. But my gut detector tells me the little boy has two POS parents and family willing to back up the adults but not protect him. If not put under the right care idk what is in store for the little boys future. Hopefully he thrives through and is put with those who would truly love him. If I was with someone who possibly hurt my kid and I chose the man, my Mom would do whatever to ensure the safety of her Grandchild and I respect her even more for that. That's what adults do..

Look, I think hes guilty but just because someone takes drugs does not automatically mean you are guilty if you are accused of something. I had been accused of stealing prescription medication and random stuff from a friends mother because I was addicted to that medication (I have never stolen in my life and never will) at the time and they knew that. Well they took it to the police and they found fingerprints from it being forced entry but it was someone in the police system who was known to the police. None of us knew that person. If I had to do a lie detector for that, at that time I would have been inconclusive because I was hitting the drugs hard and I was really addicted. People have their reasons if they fall addicted on a substance (maybe they aren't coping with an aspect of their life) so judging someone due to that is a horrible thing to do. I've been clean of all the drugs that I used to do for 4 years, since I met my wife and sadly people still judge me because of what I did in the past. If you dont understand the complexity of addiction or haven't had a personal experience yourself then dont worry, I get it. People have opinions. Even if they are judgemental

I work with 2-3 year olds they know how to speak properly and they know the correct words. Always believe your child.

I think she bent the story a little bit but only to protect her grandson cause something happen to the child she probably made it up to a certain degree and thought if she took drugs that would’ve never came out
I fully believe he's guilty, but there was no proof, only suspicion. Grandma only suspected something so coached the child into saying things to get people to look at him. That is why both did drugs before the test, because they both were guilty of what they were accused of.
But it was only in the interest of the child even if she lied she knew he did something but can’t prove and decide to coach the child to probably tell the truth and lie a little bit so she can be convinced.
That’s why these cases are so hard to prosecute.

This is genuinely the worst possible result. If there was confirmed abuse they could take this to the authorities in their city & start an investigation. If there was confirmed coaching they can clear the dude's name & get the child therapy to help them with the false narratives.
Both Results INCONCLUSIVE!!! What is to become of this child now!? She needs to take him to child psychologist & let them evaluate the suspected trauma otherwise, she runs the risk of putting her son back in the arms of a predator. This is just so, so sad.

I really don’t like how Steve made it all about wasting “his” time on this “story” when it’s about a toddler who could still being abused after sending them back home without definite answers…it’s not a story, it’s a little boys life and if you really gave a shit about children then you’d help in any way possible, show or no show.
