@@dogmatictales heaven! I’m English but live in Canada. We are still on the chips and salad in some places or unhealthy burger as the only option!! I wouldn’t be able to cope with a whole restaurant full of food I could eat!! 🤣🥹

@@dogmatictales Haha I'm in Melbourne (migrated from Singapore) so vegetarian/ vegan food is still not so much of a problem for me. On saying that, here is nothing compared to Singapore which is a haven for vegetarians/vegans. My wife and I was hoping one day we could visit China so we have been watching UA-cam channels to have feel of how easy to get food.
That's so interesting, I didn't know that about Singapore until recently. This Saturday I'm attending a cooking masterclass with a vegan chef from Singapore, he is teaching us how to make vegan Sichuan cuisine though. We're going to publish posts and videos about it on our substack, you may find it interesting. Thanks again for your interest
