Hi Danni. I think that letter holder is actually a record holder to hold vinyl records. It's vintage for sure! Will might be interested in it since he loves vinyl records.
The prices are bad for us regular folk too. If I wanted to pay retail, I would go to the store and buy new. Goodwill is really over pricing everything. It's just sad.
That little vintage wire rack...Back in the day, we used to put our 45 Records in them:) Cathleen Whoo Hoo I was right.:) hay, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while🤣
Watching you from france....the blue pots you picked up near the start....la fermier.....are a brand of yogurt....they are in fact recycled yogurt pots... I use them for plants they come in a range of colours too.
I looked up the Israeli piece. I live in Israel so this type of piece is familiar to me. I found a similar one on Etsy. They are calling it Israeli brass patina letter holder. I thought it was a napkin holder. It is being sold for 68$. I haven’t seen these around for many years. They were once sold a lot as souvenirs. Most probably vintage.
Thanks for the information! By the way, my husband and I will be visiting Israel for the first time next month. We’ll be on a two week tour of your country. We’re very excited! 😃🇮🇱
@@simoneshlomi3869 I live in western Massachusetts, but I was born and raised in Northern California. We leave for Israel at the end of October for 2 weeks. I’m excited! It’s been on my life list of places to visit. We were 2 weeks out on going in 2020 but then…Covid happened and the world closed. So, this trip has been long awaited. 👍🏻🇮🇱
Audrey Hepburn was iconic for fashion. The big sunglasses and LBD little black dress was from Breakfast at Tiffany's. Givenchy designed for most of her movies.
I’m happy you still have the price you paid and what it’s worth with the fun music at the end! I can just see Bougie jumping on the keys of the xylophone playing the song!😂 So many goodies to look at! Never knowing what you might find! Rachel, Peanut….Bougie is soooo cute!
Hi Danni! You know... I am sure to draw haters, but when we were kids. If we didn't behave we were sent to sit in the car. But then, we would never have acted like that if we made it in the store shopping. With 7 kids shopping was Moms alone time. All of this to say you dud well Danni to stay in there with the chaos!😮 Great little haul, I'm drawn to the crab in the frame even if its newer. I love the seed packet dish and it looks to me like they cut the wood in back to carve the draw hole on the aspen piece , which us sweet! ❤❤❤
Bless your Mom’s heart teaching seven kids to be respectful. ❤ My Mom had my sister and I and let me tell you if we didn’t act appropriately in a store we’d be marched out the door and IN BIG TROUBLE, MISTER! 😬
@@tylerbean542 It was a time when if a parent said they were really disappointed in you, it hurt worse than a spanking. And gave you a chance for self reflection 😔. You knew right from wrong and were trusted to choose right.
@@LauraMe... Sadly, those days are pretty much gone judging by the behavior I’ve seen. My friend’s a teacher. Total disrespect in the classroom. Don’t even get her started!
The white cherub vase was either a German Konstabteilung or Hutchenreuter Selb(or a copy piece)they are always white, weighty and the cherubs have a very distinctive longer, curly flowy hair.I have a couple rare pieces,so,I can spot them anywhere 😂
Wish you would have looked at and disclosed pricing on the silver plated serving pieces. Some of us do like that type of stuff. Even if you don’t want to ship…info is fun to have.

Hi Danni---I think the brass-looking thing is a vintage record organizer. I used that back in the day for LP records or for the small records. Always look forward to hear Bougie talk. I have a new conure I am trying to teach to talk. It is a slow process for sure,,,,,, HA-HA
Looking at all the stuff there....just imagine if it didnt sell the first time around they could price the item at 1.00 each item and still make good money considering what comes thru from donations. That would be better than sending to bins.
Parents should control their children and not let them terrorize the store and use the toy area to babysit their kids while they shop. Parents need to parent. Seems like they just let their kids do and say anything they like.
The rack isn't strong enough for long play LP'S I only put 45's on mine; I found a rack like mine in a thrift store, I was making another move, and donated all of my items that I wasn't needing any longer, and the rack was one of those toss outs.
Lately within these past 2 & 1/2 decades , I have moved every 2-3 years, because I was living in apartments. Donated so much stuff to Savers, and INJOY THRIFT STORE.
Hi Danni, I love music and children but not when shopping . I loved the teal polish glass bowl it reminds me of my fine teal made in Sweden vase that is quite valuable for its small size.Bougie & you fun, just love it! 😊 💙 💙 💙

That wire piece you thought was for letters, was used in the 60’s to hold 45 records in their paper jackets!
oohhhh nice
You are so right
Yeah just came to the video and let her know what that was but I see you big beat me to it. I still have one😊
My brother had one!! Mom & dad had one they put bills to be paid in there’s & and upper right corner of the bills were dated when to be paid 😅
Yes, it was for 45s. I had one back in the day for my records.
I had that wire record holder 50s and 60s. It held lots of my 45s. Brought back some fun memories. 😊 😃

That wire item is a record holder. I put my 45’s in it in the 70’s. I gave it to my 18 year old granddaughter who is collecting vinyl.
The gold-tone rack is for records! Perfect when having a party in the the 50’s and 60’s!
The gold rack with the wooden handle is a record holder… back in the day that would have been where you kept your 45’s next to the record player!

The metal object with handles was for 45 records! I Vintage!
The letter holder you grabbed is actually a record holder 45's is what i had in mine like that! BUT it can be used as a letter holder.

My dad had those racks, they were used for single records which were in the envelope. It kept them from scratching. Sue Australia.
Nice finds Dani, when you first picked up the wire rack thing I was saying that's for records. Lol my patents had one similar. 😀🇨🇦
