- Welcome to the 5 Day ‘Kickstart’ Challenge! Todays workout will require some dumbbells (i use a 5kg & 3kg set) as we work out 'Push' movements. Focusing in on Squats, Lunges, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. We work in 40 second rounds, taking 20 seconds rest between exercises. Enjoy Day 2 team!

thanks Ash, i try and do 30 to 40 minutes of something every day but with 2 kiddies under 2 its hard! lol so 18 minutes that makes you sweat is such a blessing! THANK YOU from us time restricted mums x

Just wondering am I the only one who can’t do even one push-up? 😩 Never could!
Push-up part was disaster for me 😁
Instead of trying pushups, practice lowering all the way down to the ground as slowly as possible (eccentric phase) then push back to child's pose and make your way back to all 4's to start again. Working on the strength to lower consistently will get you there!

That was a good one, my shoulders are gonna fall off! This is the best way I could think of to SWEAT out this COVID! 🤧
