Hi,can replaced to cake flour?
You can make your own cake flour by mixing 2 tbsp cornstarch with a scant cup all purpose flour and then sifting it several times (like 4-6 times). It's not quite the same as professional cake flour (or so I've read) but works pretty well!

Ive substituted eggs with soaked chia seed before.
1 tsp chia seed in 3 tsp water soaked with water for 15 mins to 20 mins = 1 egg.
I used this whn i was baking choc muffiins and it turned out fluffy and did not affect the taste.

That is not a 6 inch square pan. do you mean 6 in deep? Then what are the side dimensions please? I just failed to fit the batter into a 6 inch square pan. Fortunately had a loaf pan so used that instead.
