I have a small water radiator on the right side that I hate because I can't put any "L" type furniture there because I have the door to the living room near.

That outlet is handy. Put shallow connectors into it and lead one to an outlet in the kick board and one to a built in charging station.

Shouldn't the pocket-holes be on the back of the nailing pieces so you can't see them through the front?
