I really wonder how long that anti reflective coating wil work, because on the displays you must use a special cloth to clean it and not damage it. and on the iPad you write on it with a pencil
Need some guidance. Pre-ordered the iPad Pro M4 with the Nano-texture glass. I usually put the Paperlike screen saver on my iPads. Can the Paperlike be used with the Nano-texture glass, or would that defeat the purpose of the textured glass? Thanks.

Agree. Ipad is designed for creator, not everyone. I rather get an ipad mini for slightly larger screen and stick with laptop for actual work

Finally oled. I still have the iPad Pro from 2018 which still works great! But I have been waiting literally 6 years for freaking oled!
Haven’t bought a tablet since the Samsung tab s2 lmao. So it’s been a bit.. I really wanted an iPad but couldn’t stomach the base storage of 64gb and didn’t wanna have to pay so much more for extra storage. I really wanted to see the new IPad Air 13in model have a base storage of 128gb and be under 800 dollars.. thankfully that’s exactly what happened ha. I’ll be getting my first tablet in years and can stay within the Apple ecosystem so I’m pumped
Andrew, it feels really very BAD from apple . The new magic keyboard is not compatible with the M1 ipad pro. I was planning to get that and got to know it is not compatible.
I’m impressed how much the AIR got the upgrade. But finally able to upgrade my 2020 iPad Pro for a truly updated 2024 pro

I will finally replace my iPad Pro 11" 2018, it has served me well, but now the battery is starting to get annoyingly bad, I have to recharge it almost daily. I will buy a new 11" Pro, with 256 GB and cellular. I have no need for the pen, and not enough need for the keyboard to buy it.

iPad mini and iPad 11 are both expected to come later this year. They were never rumored for this event.

Are any of these a upgrade from my iPad 9th gen that i have had for a year? I use my iPad A TON (more than my phone)
I bought a 2022 9th generation model in 2023 and didn't think I'd like it or use it more than my laptop, phone, or other devices. To my surprise I use it everyday all the time. It's quite a substantial amount more portable even with a Bluetooth keyboard case on it. It works great but my main issue with the iPad I have is not only the large bezels but also the wasted space in videos with but black bars above and below the video content. I'd like a 13" screen or larger that would at least match my MacBook Air screen roughly. I want to update my MacBook to a Mac desktop but really I just want to get an iPad optimized for watching and creating video content. It sucks how much extra Apple charges for their larger storage when there's no way in hell it costs that much more between skus. Unfortunately I am an Apple sucker and have it all, the watch, the TV, the Apple mini desktop, the laptops MacBook Air and old MacBook, AirPods Pro 2nd Gen and 2 pairs of OG AirPods, iPhones for several generations, etc. it all works so well together and I've been using Apple products since 2007! I didn't think I'd stick with Apple when I got my first MacBook after I got my black and white iPod (later followed by iPod Photo and iPod touch) but I got sucked into the Apple garden and never looked back. So long meandering rant over I want an iPad with a larger screen and I like my phones with more compact screens under 7" preferably closer to 6".

M2 or M4? not much of a difference when the iPadOS is so locked down that it's functionality is compromised. I've tried and tried to use my M1 Air but the apps are baby apps and the file management is poor. What's great about MacOS or Windows is that everyone has different ways to accomplish each tasks. iPadOS is restrictive to such an extent that I'm constantly having to over come how Apple wants to do simple things like arranging windows that I spend all my time doing that. Add to that that the applications are reduced versions of MacOS apps and many of them require you to only work off of internal media and I have to say, outside of drawing all iPads are really just for consuming content.
Waiting to see all the burn in pro’s and yes oleds still suffer burn in.
